What do you like best about the product?
Tool is easy to use, automation can be done faster, and anyone can use it, even non-technical employees with just the basic knowledge of programming. It has different features, metabots, Bot insights etc if you know the proper usecase it can be very beneficial. Support is great, faster, always available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tool has many bugs. It sometimes doesn't work as plan, for unknown reasons. Bot insight feature, for operational analytics could be even more better, easy to use. even should record developer analytics rather than just runner analytics
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating end-to-end logistics, HR, Operations processes and tedious, mundane tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its really easy to use, and provides great ROI to mundane tasks. employees can use their time in better place where actual Human efforts are required.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to learn. Great educational material in the AA university providing me with a all the knowledge I need to set up and build our first solution.
Quick to build bots. Easy to use client user interface. Huge amounts of functionality available leading to very customizable solutions. Quick to install with clear guidelines in user manual.
Very helpful service team, solved any issue I came across. Great support from customer success team proactively enabling us to efficiently deploy a successful solution.

What do you dislike about the product?
Complex role segregation in control room. Good for large RPA department. Not good for individual user setting up first used case. UI not consistent from Client to Control Room.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Big data migration and manipulation. External data collection. Process flow monitoring and management.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ensure first used case is identified before going ahead with the set up to enable maximum ROI

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of handling the software and the ease of building bots. Also a very Good support team and good scaleability of the processes automated with Automation Anywhere. The qualityof the running bots is also very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually nothing because they now started to built a team in the DACH Region.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Financial processes also as operational processes. Benefits are more efficient processes, cost reduction and runtime reduction. We also help departments to automate processes who do not get big IT Projects internaly. Our bots work on whole processes as credit processes f. ex.

IQ Bot is also very good to use with RPA AA

User friendly RPA software
What do you like best about the product?
User friendliness, that you do not necessarily need heavy IT expertise;
superb customer service!
Control room is good. Overview is clean. Easy to start and stop tasks.

Reusable components are not always so easily reusable; perhaps we do it wrong but I would prefer the plug and play components to help replicate/scale up easily
Ease of coding can also be improved, as using the variables is not always efficient.
Dashboard can have more information.
Navigation for developers can be improved, specially when moving from one task to another. The line is not remembered.

Operational efficiency of a number of bulky processes throughout the bank;
huge number of (sub) processes are automated and our human employees are now able to focus more on the value added work like spending more time with clients building the primary relationship

I like this product because this is very easy in learning when any fresher join in our team and we not need to spend so much time to explain this. They use to with this within 2-3 days.

Using a Bot to create a process for mundane tasks, freeing up myself and my employees elsewhere

It is a bit complicated to learn and understand and def. a time commitment for the training. I would said the company could be a bit more responsive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mundane, daily, weekly, and monthly tasks that can be changed into something done automatically by a machine or code. It not only frees up time but also allows for employees to focus on tasks that are more engaged such as collaborating or talking to customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I believe Automation Anywhere is definitely a great product, but my view and scores are based on my experience. I would recommend that others also research and look into the competitors for other options. Automation Anywhere had a lot of positives but a few areas, which I noted above that we were thrilled about - which was their response time to us.
