Easy for one with less coding knowledge
What do you like best about the product?
I like it because of it's drag and drop feature by using that easily automate anything name automation anywhere suits very much
What do you dislike about the product?
Ram consumption is too high and makes my laptop slow good to have a lighter version
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving a major problem of complete coding from scratch that's very helpful, able to design a bot just with basic coding skill

I have been working as RPA for 5 years now and we have delivered numerous zero touch and error free automation to our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
This reduces job opportunities to other employees

L2 perspective all the restarts and user creation process, service desk related and all BAU activities
Great platform for bot creation
What do you like best about the product?
It is the best platform to automate repetitive manual processes. Just create the bot and automate .
Automation Anywhere platform will make life easy and now I can focus on more creative tasks rather than repetitive tasks.
The UI of the Platform is also very User-friendly. Even a beginner can create bots with an ease.

What do you dislike about the product?
Too many types of bots can sometimes confuse the beginners which one is efficient for the tasks he is looking to automate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating the manual repetitive processes give me much more time to focus on much more creative tasks and just release the stress of worrying for the manual processes .

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere offers fastest and cheapest solutions for daily tasks, providing a multitude of actions to effectively address various challenges. WIth Automation anywhere we can perform big task easily and can implemented with any other software.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it is an excellent product, the cost can be a drawback for small industries.

Automation Anywhere take a revolutionary step towards data entry companies which can't be accomplished without it.
Automation Anywhere - One of Best RPA Tools
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using this tool from last 2 years, I love many things in AA. However, I love it's IQ Bot and AARI features, how not handling web automation and Microsoft products like Excel Automation. We can easily implement our customize coding script in our automation which also executing fine.
What do you dislike about the product?
It need to add some features to AI/ML technology.
Compare to other RPA tools, it has less activities and element recording/identification. Selector recorder need to improve.
Price is little high as per service/tool features.
Document Processing feature need to little improve like UiPath has Document Understanding.
I have observed few times web automation extension is removing from browser and due to that it stopped the automation and throwing exception.

Web Automation - It is performing well when you want to automation the web application like extract data from website, upload data on web site and so on
Excel Automation - its easy to use to do automate the excel automation like perform the Excel Operations like cut, copy, paste, pivot and so on.
Document Processing with IQ Bot - Its useful to to identify document, word, sentence and invoice reading and so on.

What do you like best about the product?
AA is simple to use,learn & implement. Its drag and drop feature is the best which usse low code technology and the recent upgrade A360 has lots of AI integration capablity making it useful in mostly all the area's for automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
May be the license cost could be less. feature wise there is nothing to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have made the Bots to work 24X7 which reduced the total headcount and saved the over all cost anually.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere Is one of the best RPA tool in the market. It has provide very ease to develop and maintains bots. Ueser interface is also very friendly, specially script mode.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing as such , but sometimes Frequent updates and controlroom disconnection .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AA tool helps us to build and take care of business processess. We can track our bots progress as well to see whats happening at the run time and post completion.

Pdf to text converter is very good but in some cases it dont convert the entire pdf perfectly so it can be better in future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Initially facing issues with document automation for extraction, I encountered difficulties. However, upon the support team's suggestion to utilize VBScript, I successfully overcame the challenges, enabling effective data extraction.
