What do you like best about the product?
AA is simple to use,learn & implement. Its drag and drop feature is the best which usse low code technology and the recent upgrade A360 has lots of AI integration capablity making it useful in mostly all the area's for automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
May be the license cost could be less. feature wise there is nothing to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have made the Bots to work 24X7 which reduced the total headcount and saved the over all cost anually.

I have one chalange to automate pdf documents from email which that I can recived. I want to extract some of infomation from pdf and enter into SAP.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere Is one of the best RPA tool in the market. It has provide very ease to develop and maintains bots. Ueser interface is also very friendly, specially script mode.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing as such , but sometimes Frequent updates and controlroom disconnection .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AA tool helps us to build and take care of business processess. We can track our bots progress as well to see whats happening at the run time and post completion.

What do you dislike about the product?
Pdf to text converter is very good but in some cases it dont convert the entire pdf perfectly so it can be better in future.

Initially facing issues with document automation for extraction, I encountered difficulties. However, upon the support team's suggestion to utilize VBScript, I successfully overcame the challenges, enabling effective data extraction.
Automation anywhere is good to automate any task which is not required human intervention

Easy to learn and automate any process with logic, document automation IQ bot and aari process is good thing while doing automation makes process smother and faster

Collection package should have more actions like delete empty rows and WLM also should have some more actions into it and needs to understandable

What do you like best about the product?
Automation anywhere is a perfect tool for automating any task easily. It can be easily implemented anywhere and has lots of features with great integration with any computer application. Also, they have great customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
In Windows, it works fine, but for Mac, they don't give any Product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am trying to install automation anywhere in Mac OS, but I face some difficulty in installing its exe file. I reached out to support, and they provided a great solution for me, by which I am able to run the bot on Mac.

RPA offers improved services to processes that have a high probability of human error, thereby increasing accuracy.
What do you dislike about the product?
If the processes are complex and involve a high level of decision-making or cognitive tasks, RPA may not be suitable. It is limited to tasks that can be explicitly defined and automated.

After implementing rpa if it generates any error than it make difficult to find that error

Sometimes, I need to verify what was the document type I received in email but by using AA Intelligent Document processing it's very easy and accurate to use.
Automation Anywhere 360 is my first automation tool. It is very easy and futuristic tool.
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very easy and lots of packages are available in this tool. It is very easy to implement and integrate with the system. Bot development and monitoring are easy. Also, they have a bot store for already developed bots.
Customer support is also very fast and the latest feature "Open Chat" is very useful for me.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the recorder and the OCR do not give the desired output. The quality of image recognition should be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is reducing the human efforts and time. Also, the repeating and boring tasks that are done daily then we can automate them easy if they are rule based.
