What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease and intuitiveness of development.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the lack of revision control methods.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving application interface infrastructure. We have a platform in place now to allow this.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do a very thorough prototype in order to learn from it.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to make quick changes for testing different possibilities. I also love being able to manage all integrations from a single location.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some instances where the mappings are completely lost when a change is made to the profile. This doesn't always happen, but it's frustrating when it does. Especially when the client does not have version control.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping businesses move from homegrown solutions to established cloud platforms such as Salesforce and NetSuite. Also integrating cloud platforms for normal business flows.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This will allow you to manage all your integrations and many of your workflows from a single location.

Amazing Tool

What do you like best about the product?
its branded connectors make integrations easy to manage and develop.
What do you dislike about the product?
Graphic limitations.
The whole development environment is graphical.
Some specific functions of programming like LOOP are not included. (But you can manually do a loop using sub processing)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just imagine that a big company contracts you to migrate or synchronize all its transactions from one system to other, with the maximum standards on security.

That's what AtomSphere can do and more.

I'm an Integration developer at Trajectory Inc. a Boomi and NetSuite partner company.
On our daily work, we create integrations between a wide variety of systems to NetSuite.

The key for the success on cases like the described above is Boomi AtomSphere.
With a wide support for standard and branded web services connections and using local and cloud atoms, Boomi can integrate basically everything.

Totally recommended.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
+implement loop features.
+keep improving the graphical environment.
Personally, I will like to see curves on the arrow indicators of the steps.

Dell Boomi Atomsphere

  • May 24, 2017
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Boomi is extremely easy to learn and allows for quick development, deployment and monitoring of integrations. Atom architecture makes it very easy to securely access back-end and cloud-based systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although Boomi does allow for viewing process details and data, which helps when developing and testing integration processes, debugging connections in general isn't very easy and requires more advanced logging and methods. Boomi allows for general alert notifications to users, but doesn't allow for subscribing at the process level without building into the process itself. Email notifications within a Boomi process take up a connector license and should be part of the general framework (not a connector). Boomi connector licensing doesn't scale to the scale/scope of the integration, so unfortunately, very simple integrations are too pricey to implement and require alternative tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Single, simple, technology to develop and monitor most of our integrations. Enables business analysts to build and maintain integrations vs coding.

What do you like best about the product?
Boomi provides reliable ways to quickly connect various enterprise systems without a large setup planning. It's security features are the best.
Environment setup is a breeze. Connectors available for ERP and CRM systems provides confidence to development team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are various areas which requires further improvements
1. Branching and versioning to allow better control of Change Request cycle
2. Creating a copy of existing setup to work and deploy in other environment is a problem because of the references pointing to source connectors.
3. At present it is difficult for the team to work on same process parallel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest benefit provided by the platform is reliability and scalability of environment.
