Float makes it easy to keep track of tasks and team allocation through multiple projects
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is intuitive, easy to use and gives a good visual perception of daily activities.

What do you dislike about the product?
When creating a task/event you have the option to choose how often the event repeats, but you can only choose weekly or higher. A option of "repeat daily" would be welcome.
Float lacks a way of sorting the tasks based on time of completion, making it hard to look into daily activities chronologicaly

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Float has been very good to identify how much time resources are spending on each task as well as how much time is being spent on each client so we can plan and alocate workload aproprietly.

Extremely useful tool for job allocation and resource management.

Float is a really great tool for assigning jobs and managing resource utility.

There is nothing much to dislike about float. It makes life very easy

Float helps me manage my day schedule very well. It solves the problem of time management precisely and helps me see my allocation and time management on a personal level.

Beeing able to have all the information about staff that everybody can access at the same time.

Havent found anything to dislike yet but probably can look to crouwded with so many colours

we are able to see changes in the rota and what everybody is working on with out waiting for a document being updated like an excel spreadsheet

The visual interface and the number of different ways to view resources tied to projects.

Some of the project management views aren't as useful as others

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to log time, clean and simple interface. It's a much prettier system compared to other softwares (ie. Accelo).
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding projects/tasks isn't as intuitive. Because an admin/someone from HR is required to assign you to something, my logged time isn't as accurate (unless you're able to look up project codes and bill your time accordingly, but I'm not aware of this feature/hasn't been shared with me). For example, when someone pulls me onto a project last min for some extra support, I'd like to log this time, but our admin team is based overseas and doesn't always have that visibility. In previous systems, we were able to do this ourselves to an extent.

Helping provide visibility to what I'm working on and overtime/overutilization.

What do you like best about the product?
Float is an exceptional resource management tool that has streamlined our project planning. The intuitive interface makes it easy to allocate resources and track availability in real-time. The drag-and-drop functionality is particularly handy, and the visual timeline gives a clear overview of team capacity. We've seen a significant improvement in our workflow efficiency since adopting Float.

The only downside is that the mobile app could be more robust, but overall, it’s an excellent tool for any team managing multiple projects.
