What do you like best about the product?
- allows you to take the best available courses at some of the best schools in the country/world
- great place to learn if you are serious about learning yourself.
What do you dislike about the product?
- actually nothing! Except just one recommendation: for paid courses, if Coursera could allow an introduction video/demo teaching of the course professors, it'd be a great evaluation method before taking on the study.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Learning new tools and higher studies in my field. I haven't gotten very serious about the courses, but i think if i am able to show a little more dedication, i know coursera is a great place to learn.

What do you like best about the product?
Design of courses is very intuitive. Quality of video, blog, discussion forum is very good. Being most popular globally, it has participating learners from most of the countries of the world. This helps in getting varied perspective on topic. Most of the popular academia are participating and providing free course and accomplishment certificates. This helps in being confident on the topic you learned, you know that you have learned from one of the best institution who is working on that topic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Popular courses should run more frequently. Coursera should take suggestions from learners on future topics to be included. Looking forward for more topics on ART, CRAFT, MUSIC etc...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in Information management area, coursera helps me learn (get high level knowledge) many newer technology in this area. I do not need professional certificate rather I need knowledge. Coursera's free courses are best I could ask for
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have evaluated multiple learning platform, Coursera is the best for me so far. In terms of courses it covered, nothing can come closer to it.
