Nice tool to document your infrastructure
What do you like best about the product?
We liked the visualization and robustness of the tool. The rendered blueprints look clear and nice. A perspective to have it clearly mapped to the actual infrastructure also helps a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes time to get used to the interface to adjust all of the elements nicely. We'd wish for smoother performance on moving the things around. Adjusting labels to be readable also takes time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documenting existing infra of the projects. This is #1 what this tool is good for. It's easy to explain how the cloud infra works to the team with those images and you can also keep the documentation actual with the tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider it as a documentation tool first, then move on to paid AWS infrastructure mapping for the ongoing reference update. Cloudcraft is pretty for its nice visualization which otherwise could be achieved with a number of alternatives.

The perfect solution to map out any SAAS environment
What do you like best about the product?
I find the solution itself very useable being able to create a SAAS diagram and then export it as a png has been brilliant to use and have used this in many documents over the past year
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel it is missing the feature to create Cloudformation templates from the diagrams, which would make it more a AWS only feature but it would save alot of time for solutions architects to have to create or even a CFN upload that maps out infrastructure
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to map out our SAAS application to show the customer what we will be implanted and show differences from what we use to use to what we can bring to the table
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want a solution that has good free parts to map out any SAAS environment Cloudcraft would be the perfect place to start
Nice tool for cloud architecture design!
What do you like best about the product?
The variety of resources is more than enough
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be nice to have a comprehensive demo. In the beginning, could be a little difficult to put hands-on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Help me to keep on track with the definition of my cloud solution during the entire time of development
Great tool for AWS Architecture
What do you like best about the product?
Tools, shapes and AWS icons, quick design
What do you dislike about the product?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Architecture design for our projects
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Best tool for implementation of AWS Architecture.
Great visualisation
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use tool. Great visualisation, makes cost calculation easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
3D view of the infrastructure diagram. Do not support other cloud providers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes cost calculation easier.
it is part of my first hand tools
What do you like best about the product?
the connectivity with your existing AWS account
What do you dislike about the product?
a small list of architecture samples as teamplates
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to analyze my environment and get better pricing of current architectures plus new designs
Beautiful Interface, Beautiful Cloud Diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
CloudCraft is the number one cloud diagraming platform. Beautiful interface, choice of 2D vs 3D, lots of icons, the ability to create custom icons and more make CloudCraft our go to for designing cloud infrastructure. Connect to to your AWS account and it'll map stuff for you. Really great service.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a premium product with a premium price tag.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use CloudCraft to create diagrams of AWS infrastructure for projects we are working on... Without it we definitely wouldn't have won a number of the contracts we did.
Insightful Visualation Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to generate CloudFormation Templates from diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is a little too high deploy at scale.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to be able to diagram and cost simultaneously.
Best visualization tool for cloud architecture
What do you like best about the product?
The end result is without a doubt the best visualization for a cloud architecture I have seen from any tool. UI is fairly simple. Didn't have to root around to find the right symbols as I usually have to in Visio or something not specifically designed for visualizing cloud architectures. Would definitely recommend for individual users, especially if you are trying to learn cloud architecture or even teaching it/blogging about it etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing tier jump from free to $49 per user doesn't make sense for me as an individual user. Might work if the company pays for it. But I can't see the justification for it to an individual.
The main advantage of a paid account is the AWS sync feature, which could work better as a paid add-on to the free tier.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very helpful in planning out resources before implementing, especially in an educational or training scenario. Was very useful when I was trying to get the AWS certifications.
Amazing Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Cloudcraft is an excellent tool for drawing Cloud Architecture whether AWS, GCP or Azure.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve to using CloudCraft so took a few days for me to get the hang of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main solution I was seeking was how to create professional cloud computing designs
