Great documentation tool, room for improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and straight forward getting started. Allows you to quickly build diagrams or cost estimates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Less useful for non AWS setups. Not as many options as desired for flows to on-premise integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall documentation on our cloud infrastructure. Gives us the ability to easily modify/change as our applications change.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are heavily reliant on AWS infrastructure this is a great tool for documentation. Can also serve as a great means for estimating and keeping track of costs.

I am architecting different infrastructures. The best benefit is it can be shared with people publicly.

If you are not using it, you are missing a great tool.
Makes architecting a cloud environment quick using visual tools
What do you like best about the product?
The visual tools are a fantastic way to document your cloud environment. Importing existing environments for documentation and being able to export to Terraform is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can sometimes be a bit limiting, but have had very few issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick and easy visual diagrams for AWS. Much faster than doing it in Visio when you can direct import from your existing AWS account.

Makes building diagrams for documentation a piece of cake. Import from AWS provided a great starting point.
The tool was very easy to use and didn’t feel as limiting as other tools.

Imported diagrams required some rework. Would be great to have more options for what to import.

Used Cloudcraft to build diagrams for documenting our infrastructure. Saved a ton of time instead of starting from scratch and ended up with good looking and clear diagrams
Pretty Nifty For What It Is
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use and the physical view that you get, to better understand how things work.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I have not encountered anything groundbreaking that I am unable to work around.

I am solving how to best display to other employees our systems and how it functions, how things are working, and mostly breaking things down to explain costs.

I very appreciate aws integration! It automatically draw your infrastructure and show you the estimated pricing

A little bit expensive, maybe a startup plan could be a great opportunity
