Great to visualize, budgeting is helpful
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the budgeting feature that allows me to ballpark an architecture I am building. Also like the snazzy 3d shapes.
What do you dislike about the product?
More support for other cloud providers and generic hybrid architectures would be preferable to me. If you do it right, a customer might be able to define their own object types. Supporting budget calculations would be an awesome bonus on top of that and would be enabled by that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I enjoy using Cloudcraft to help visualize architecture and give some up front ballpark cost estimations.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The budgeting feature isn't immediately obvious, but you can set costs for certain objects allowing you to

Great tool to show your architecture to tech and non-tech people
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, the result is clear for anyone, technical or not. I used Cloudcraft at my company when I was asked to show the architecture to the team and to the technical investors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there are downsides, I used it once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solved the problem to clearly show the architecture to other people, even non techincal.
Best way to visualize my architecture
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the flexibility of being able to create drawings to communicate to my clients or prospective clients. It really helps when doing a cost analysis for a project too and put the entire architecture in front of stakeholders in an intuitive way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wished it supported other clouds as much as it does AWS, if I am only an AWS user, its a boom but looking forward to multi-cloud scenario easy of use :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cost analysis, easier communication to stakeholders and developers, better future documentation and onboarding
Awesome tool to design and visualize cloud architecture
What do you like best about the product?
apart from 3D design view, Cost estimation is the best feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not provide design components of Azure or google cloud platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cost estimation for AWS architecture.
Great Architecture Visualization Tool.
What do you like best about the product?
The available customization, including the ability to bring my own media assets into cloudcraft.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of tight integration with some IaaS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visualization of cloud architectures.
Cloud Done Right
What do you like best about the product?
This is the one of the best tool I recently evaluated and came across in planning, visualizing your cloud services and avoid expensive design concerns later.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Pro plan seems to be little steep pricing a month as this wouldn't used from design aspects quite often, or until you plan to just buy and use for certain intended time and pause and come back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Designing AWS Cloud Architectures for use cases and applications and its so good to all business stack holders on the same page and walk through the end-to-end design
Easy to Use Cloud Visualizations
What do you like best about the product?
I love that the synchronization allows you to see the resource in your live environment for building diagrams. WAY easier than trying to have multiple tabs open, record resources, and build a cloud map all at the same time. When you have the ability to have different related resources grouped together like instances, security groups, subnets, and vpcs managing the resources in the map is far easier.
Another thing is the responsiveness of Cloudcraft. The maps look really great, but the responsiveness is far superior to what you would expect from a browser application. Never have I had any issues with responsiveness even though it is connecting to AWS accounts, syncing, and pulling data for resources into Cloudcraft.
Last, I would say that using Cloudcraft actually makes creating diagrams enjoyable. It feels like it was created by people that care and understand the problems that engineers face when trying to create and provide documentation either internally or to clients. Nothing is difficult to get to, everything I need is just a few clicks away.

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly there is not a lot of downside I have noticed. Maybe that some time the text for the different resources like instances and load balancers overlaps, but other than that nothing comes to mind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to provide very professional cloud diagrams for clients when performing projects, migrations, and providing documentation. The time it takes to do these things in Cloudcraft is far less than when using other tools. Clients are able to receive simple, but descriptive diagrams of all of their resources and environments which are easy to follow.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you plan to create diagrams for your cloud resources at least give the tool a try. It is superior to any other tool on the market that I have used.
The best visualization software for Cloud Architecture
What do you like best about the product?
It is a great tool for creating diagrams and AWS architectures online, the user interface is very simple and clean. Importing AWS from the account to Cloudcraft is very easy. The free version provides ample scope to start and implement diagrams for simple architectures.
What do you dislike about the product?
Aligning things or placing objects so they fit is a bit difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The changes in architecture throughout the team, live scanning of the account, ability to budget based on the granular size of AWS instances.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
With the tool, they will draw AWS objects impeccably and intuitively.
CloudCraft provides an easy, yet effective way of visualizing the AWS infrastructure.
What do you like best about the product?
The icons placement and their connections are really easy to create.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way 3D icons look seem to be outdated to some extent. A modern implementation of icons would be super helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me organize the AWS workflow efficiently. The model is really easy to explain to my colleagues.
Professional infrastructure diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use of the tool, the professional look of the finished diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't have all the components I need for the diagram prebuilt (which isn't a big deal because there are plenty of generic components that work flexibly)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Explaining infrastructure rollouts to upper level management and technical peers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I use this product with every single cloud based infrastructure rollout that I do.
