An impactful tool for AB testing and feature flag management
What do you like best about the product?
Seamless-ness of setting up feature flags, and SDKs that work well across different platforms.
the results section gives some intuitive overviews and analytics based on simple to set up metrics.
Our organization uses this service very often and we conduct 2-3 experiments simultaneously.

What do you dislike about the product?
Documentation can lack technical clarity sometimes which can lead to a lot of support time with the customer representatives. But they were very helpful. Very costly and the pricing model is a bit strange.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
centralized place for all flags and also monitoring ab test results
New LD customer
What do you like best about the product?
Having one place to manage feature flags and experiments.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be hard for us to measure results using their onboard tools without a longer experiment adjustment period
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deploying and managing tests more frequently
Overall Great Experience
What do you like best about the product?
User splitting is very clear and the dashboard is clean, easy to use, and the SDKs work well across platforms
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the SDK setup feels a bit complex, particularly with multiple environments and custom contexts. The documentation, while detailed, could be clearer with more real-world examples.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using feature flags, we can test new features with specific users, run A/B tests, and turn off features instantly if something breaks. This means fewer production issues, faster feedback, and more control over our releases.
Good tool for managing feature flags.
What do you like best about the product?
1. Allowing business users to field-test new features in production before enabling them for clients.
2. Enabling gradual rollouts for high-risk features, minimizing potential impact if issues arise.
3. Decoupling feature releases from development and deployment, so developers can merge tested features while product teams control when they go live.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. It does good job managing feature flags. We only use it for feature flags, so can't comment on other features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows the business to validate features in production environment before enabling such feature for Clients/Users.
It also ads the ability to deploy a new feature gradually, to beta tester clients first and then simply toogle the flag to enable that feature for other users.
Engineers don't need to worry about feature release schedule if a feature is behind a feature flag. This helps with continous integration/deployment practices. Business can decide when to enable features by managing feature flags.

LaunchDarkly is a Great Tool for Flag Management
What do you like best about the product?
I love how efficient it is to manage flags for different environments of our software. It also has a great comparison feature to flag environments that are not on in a particular environment
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be cumbersome to combine flags into packages if the software's offering is based on tiered groups of features
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LaunchDarkly solves my need to manage features effectively by environment and segment of users. This helps to cut down time when shipping features to specific customers
Good and easy to use to improve efficiency and product quality
What do you like best about the product?
First thing I will go to when we need to roll out a feature or to control the access to a specific feature. The UI is also very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot schedule the feature flag to turn on / off at a specific time (maybe there is a way but not with our subscription level?)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Targeting users/clients for A/B testing. Selecting users in the beta test phase during the rollout. Last but not the least, target only users with certain permission to access specific feature. It helps save much time in developement and TTM.
Launch Darkly helps us manage our new features for feedback before wide-scale roll out.
What do you like best about the product?
We like the ability to manage our staging and production environemnts and to create different segments to manage the roll out of new features.
What do you dislike about the product?
you do have to create the segments for each envornmnet instead of sharing them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to work on new features with focus groups and get them right before we launch them to everyone.
Easy to use Feature Flag Management
What do you like best about the product?
User segments are very useful and powerful for targetting
Feature flag functionality works perfectly

What do you dislike about the product?
The web app can be a bit quirky and buggy sometimes
Deprecating flags is a little less straightforward than it should be

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Launching code into production and being able to control and manage its roll out
Running beta features
Running beta features
LaunchDarkly is a good tool for some
What do you like best about the product?
LaunchDarkly has proved a very useful tool for me and my team professionally. It is easy to use (once set up) and can give the team a variety of deployment options. We can deploy a feature without fear of a forced rollback when something goes wrong, we can also test with small audiences rather than deploying to everyone, everywhere, all at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes flags can end up cluttering the code, it would be nice if there was a way to automatically generate cleanup issues on github after a certain amount of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LaunchDarkly solves the problem of how to deploy to a specific audience rather than everyone at once. Without LD it woul dbe very very hard to do this.
