Excellent tool even for non coders
What do you like best about the product?
I liked the feature flag option and its use cases for non developers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could use a little more work on selling the vaiue proposition for folks like myself who have to translate technical needs to nontecch audiences. But overall excellent at what they do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping manage the feature rollout and development process. A vendor I can see myself proposing in future engagements.

LaunchDarkly is easy to use and supports all popular frameworks
What do you like best about the product?
LaunchDarly offers client-side SDKs for all popular frameworks such as React, Flutter and JavaScript. Its user interface is clean and it's very easy to read.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they offer more best practices on how to separate toggle logic from business logic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LaunchDarkly helps us to enable/disable website features dynamically in real-time without restart of websites.

LaunchDarkly, after a short and impactful presentation, was adopted by the team and used primarily for feature management.

Currently, the team has no issues with the product to date.

Not enough support from the team to help. Requires AE or SE for anything and difficult to get support. Have been a customer for 3 weeks and don't have an AE yet
