A (constantly improving) good experience
What do you like best about the product?
Domo is just solid. It is the BI platform I always end up going back to. And the more Domo improves, the more I am able to replace other software we use with Domo functionalities. You can end up blowing a few stakeholders' minds
The bar of entry is low, but the skill ceiling is quite high, which is exactly what I would be looking for. The Domo support is also fast and reliable.
The data governance, security, MagicETL, and overall suite of Admin features is just fantastic!

What do you dislike about the product?
There are a couple of downsides; cost is high, and you might need to find creative workarounds sometimes. But it seems to me that those times happen less often than with other platforms.
Tech also takes some time to get implemented; the Data Science suite is still young in some aspects.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Domo helps us break down data silos, helps us analyze and clean massive datasets, and allows us to implement data governance and management processes that make the overall data quality much higher.

Best BI tool I’ve ever used
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to quickly dive into an account and see thier history of purchases over time and by category or item is greatly helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
When sharing my dashboard in an online meeting it helps to fill the width of the screen but this limits the amount of info you can see at one time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying purchasing trends and identifying customers whose purchasing habits have changed.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I don't even know it is there. It is a great KM tool which makes collecting and disseminating knowledge easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not used it enough to discover any negative qualities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collection of information.
Was easier to use than expected
What do you like best about the product?
I found Domo easy to use and solved a rather complex data transoformation need and integration without any reliance on technicial support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't recall any specific dislikes in using Domo. I used it for a limited time for a specific project. My company has many other tools in this space too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Used it for some metrics for an integration and ETL for a SaaS application into a business application. We eneded up needed a custom connector but provided ones made it wasy to start and explore the data.
Great BI Platform
What do you like best about the product?
DOMO is very user friendly and provides plenty of visual options to present data as well as plenty of back end options to get data into the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some functionality in DOMO is frustrating, like certain string items not being able to be visually show with other dimensions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DOMO is allowing employees in the field to see data quickly, easily, and in real time to be able to make quick decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how the organization is very clear. You are able to make pages and page groups out of the pages which I think allows it to stay organized. I also like how all your favories are in one place, so they are easily accessed. I also think Domo just has a general user friendly interface that is easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the raw data aspect was different - I would like to be able to modify raw data in Domo before it populates in a chart or grapgh. As far as I know, you have to modify it before you upload.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to use Domo every day for my job. I am a supply planner, so I use it to view graphs and see when we are overshipping forecast to help me figure out why we may be out of stock for a specific item or item group. It also shows me who our top customers are for my items, graphs on fill rate of my items, and general overall item data.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of creating charts and their visualization is incredible

It's not that I don't like it, it's that I still don't know how to use it when it comes to creating a chart that represents hours, but I'd like to learn

Domo is giving us visibility of all the operations we have in the company, so we have more clarity for decision making
Good functionality, easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Quick onboarding, ability to send notifications, abity to share dashboards and make tailored reports. I've been using Domo for a good deal of business scenarios.
What do you dislike about the product?
I miss some filtering capabilities. The rest works pretty well for me.

I use Domo for master data verification.
Quick, robust, easy to use, but lack accessible training material or single user license for testing
What do you like best about the product?
For what I have been able to understand and very basic functionality. It does have a very easy and simple user interface and I can tell it has the ability to provide robust analyses.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of training material abroad. I want to learn to use the product more but is difficult to find training material. I also have looked to sign up for a single user license of Domo so that I can install it on my personal computer with some test data to "play" with it and see what I can get out of it but there is nothing available. Driving me to look more and Microsoft BI and present to my company as a potential alternative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generating reports from NetSuite so that we can connect more tables to get required data

ETL Tools are the best , I like the connectors
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of real time, Limits on rows AND compute, Excel like manipulations isn't easy, more connectors needed to do product analytics work
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business Intelligence mostly, we are able to provide a lot of dashboards to internal team and allow analysis of our campaigns using domo cards
