Great Analytical tool that nis very user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I like all of the new features that they have added to the software over the last 4 years.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more graphs, some of the graphs are outdated and I believe this is something they could work on. Also printing dashboards is very difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cost Benefit Analysis/ Combining mutiple reports into one dashboard

Great tool for Quick adhoc analysis
What do you like best about the product?
The canned visualizations allow you to quickly and efficiently develop insightful and engaging dahsboards. The ability to drill down easily into any viz is second to none.
What do you dislike about the product?
When comparing to some other tools like Tableau, or POwer BI, Domo's simplicity is the main thing i dislike about Domo. You're able to do much more with other tools and they are more flexible in developing more complicated dashboards and visualizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
creating insightful and best in class dashboards that can run our business. Its easy to get up and running, and build dashboards off one, single source of truth.
Domo is a great resource for easily and quickly interpreting data.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to interpret data all in one central place. Data is real time and easily filtered and customizable. Graphs and charts are colorful and professional looking.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many (if any downsides) that I have seen from Domo. There is sometimes a little bit of a learning curve to familiarize yourself with how to navigate through the data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding where business is generated as well as understanding the efficiencies or inefficiencies in the sales process.
Great Data Visualization BI Tool with easy querying and external integrations
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to pull in Salesforce data via SOQL queries, transform data, create dashboards, and leverage pre-built connectors for integrating with systems. More intuitive UI that comparable tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Requires some foundational understanding of SQL, perhaps a little pricey, expecting to see more trending analysis/AI in roadmap

Compiling data across many ERP systems and summarizing customer and financial data
Great Integrations and Visualizations, Data flows can be a challenge to manage
What do you like best about the product?
The visualizations are gerat, and the fact that it integrates easily with 100s of different platforms is incredibly valuable. It is easiy to use if you have little coding experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dataflows can be a challenge to manage and the UI is occasionally buggy which has caused some issues. Both of these issue can be worked with but they require extra attention

DOMO has made it easy to democratize data throughout our organization and provides a platform to easily integrate data and convert it into useful insights for stakeholders throughout the organization.
DOMO is an amazing tool!

The ease of pulling data simplifies our reporting.

There are things that i would like to drill down for more specifics. Occationally, that is not an option.

Before DOMO, we had to pull data from so many resources. This is a one stop shop.

What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes so far. Every thing works well and as per the product guidelines

Domo (honest review)
What do you like best about the product?
Domo's ability to connect multiple data sources and provide live readouts is a great tool to keep key stakeholders up to date on latest trends. Creating ETLs is fun & easy also!
What do you dislike about the product?
The organization of existing datasets is a huge miss. Instead of a having a folder architecture, Domo simply lists the datasets/dataflows by date of creation. Super frustrating from that standpoint.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our Domo usecase is a readout of sales funnel metrics collecting data from multiple data sources including Hubspot, Salesforce, and Advertising platforms. It has increased efficiency in time to make tactical decisions.
DOMO made what seemed like the impossible, possible.
What do you like best about the product?
DOMO allowed us to connect 3 data sources, consolodate, create and distribute reports that took an entire full-time salary to run manually. It was a game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is the learning curve and the need (in our case) for either an in-house developer / DOMO expert or a 3rd party implentation partner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to run campaign reports manually. Now we are able to automate them through DOMO and save hundreds of hours a month.
Best app for tracking the status and progress of the project.
What do you like best about the product?
I have used demo when working as a regulatory affair specialist and I would like to say that DOMO is the best platform for tracking the progress of the project

There is no limitation of using DOMO.Initially I felt difficult but as I keep on working.it was very easy . I love the features and the dashboard .I hope to see many other user friendly features
