Domo has transformed the way our company works
What do you like best about the product?
Domo has transformed the way our company works. We are able to view data in real time and share that with both internal and external stakeholders. We are significatly more data-drive and data-empowered now with Domo!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Domo could be more user friendly and easier to operate. Sometimes when viewing dashboards it's a little tricky to navigate and isn't always super user friendly or intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Domo allows us to view insights and data in real time, which makes us much more efficient and allows us to make better decisions based on fresh, accurate data. It is also super easy to share that real-time data with both internal and external stakeholders

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to manipulate data on a deeper level than what comes standard with CRM's like Salesforce and Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could take a little while to figure out and can sometimes be a bit overwhelming but that goes away with experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to manipulate sales/organization data on a deeper level.
Domo makes Data Manipulation Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Magic ETL. It makes data manipulation so much easier, using SQL in a way that is intuitive and simple. I love the connectors that also make it easy to import data into Domo so you have everything you need in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some amazing features that are only available on a premium membership. I understand the logic begind it but it is a bit frustrating to see everything that could be done, but I can't because it is premium.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping automate many processes and guaranteeing the accuracy of data, eliminating user error in manipulating data. It also helps protect sensitive data and customize reports to each individual customer.

What do you like best about the product?
These are just some of the reasons why I enjoy using this application. It helps to collect, analyze and visualize data from multiple sources. I can extract reliable data, your team can work together in real time, and all team members can benefit from having access to the same up-to-date information thanks to the ease of sharing reports and dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
The poor response time of the helpdesk is annoying, and often prevents me from getting in touch with knowledgeable people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Domo is used to collect and filter data from all departments for analysis. It responds quickly to my changes, and together we have been able to design a place where any analytical chart can be easily and accurately understood. The organization is delighted. This tool has gone above and beyond in every data analysis scenario; I have had wonderful success with it, which is why I recommend it to anyone who needs a solid data strategy with analytical chops. The security of our information is a top priority, and it complies with all applicable privacy and security regulations. The platform employs state-of-the-art security features to protect your data from malicious actors.
Fantastic BI software because of the extensive data set and connectivity support
What do you like best about the product?
Domo's built-in messaging feature is fantastic for coordinating among coworkers and facilitating client communication. Card and page creation, text and data point editing, and the development of our App Store application are all within my ken. Domo provides the most convenient and efficient means by which local data can be uploaded to the cloud; once a small piece of software is installed on the user's network, it routinely retrieves data, uploads it, and then feeds the unique widgets we use on our dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not cheap, has a sluggish user interface, and offers features that need support or utilization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Domo's APl integration provides a unified view of data from various sources, both on-premises and in the cloud, including QuickBooks and social media. Domo's dashboard and control panel widgets make real-time data visualization eye-catching and straightforward to administer.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that our sales org is able to track our activity each day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the dashboards could be made to be more user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Domo, I would have to keep track of how many people I talk to each day. How many conversations I have each day. It was a pain in the butt. Now I am able to see everything on that dashboard.

I like it all. I haven't come across anything I dislike.

Splicing up vast amounts of data efficiently and in a visually appealing manner.

We use Domo for our weekly reports and ongoing financial analysis. It helps us show data in a simple but straightforward way.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's complicated enough to use that only a handful of people at our company actually know how to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us with our ongoing reporting, which has saved us hours of time every week.
Great BI & Analytics Plataform
What do you like best about the product?
Gather and integrate all data on a single platform, analyze and combine complex data without an IT expert and go beyond pre-built reports and view custom data. It's a 10!
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard and the design. Which is confusing and not intuitive.
I needed more than 2 trainings to understand the plataform and I think I don't catch everything.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
That's obvious: End gaps between areas and streamline the dissemination of information and analyze and combine complex data without an IT expert by my side. That is the most important thing I can say about the plataform.

Domo helps to visualize and drum up insights into your data, with all the tools at your disposal to make the data work for you.

Nothing to dislike at this point, it has helped our business tremendously.

Helps bring our client's data to life and visualize the data in an easily digestible way, even for clients unfamiliar with our world.
