The Automation in Creatio is Awesome!
What do you like best about the product?
I love all of the automated campaigns that you can make in creatio. From doing email campaigns to creating boxes that can be checked to start people into the campaigns. I can not say enough good things. The customer service is superb.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is easy to over complicate what you are doing... and there is a learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication has been better, automation has been great, and doing marketing smart has been so much easier!!

Outstanding CRM system
What do you like best about the product?
Our experience with Creatio has been very positive. The system helps us in a number of ways from aggregating and structuring customer data to managing various types of customer cases in a user-friendly interface. The platform allows for heavy customization, which is great since we can modify the system to the extent we need. Also, the support from Creatio team along the way is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major issues to mention. Some minor issues popped up occasionally, but they were quickly resolved
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for a tool able to manage all our customer service requests across various channels effectively. We sought out a system that would help us streamline our case management while also enhancing customer engagement. Creatio was a perfect fit for this. The tools they provided us with helped our company to both deliver better customer experience and optimize our customer-facing operations.

What do you like best about the product?
The low code no code tools enable me to do robust configuration without having to hire a developer to do custom development that is costly and less sustainable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I just wish every employee in our organization used it, we have a couple legacy systems that other departments won't give up. It would be easier if everyone was using Creatio.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to set up reports and dashboards much faster so we can have useful metrics for reviewing our employees KPIs, and for management to make informed decisions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are great plug ins and add ons in the Creatio marketplace. Support is very attentive. R&D is great at bring features you request into future global releases.

This software offers a generous selection of accounting connectors, plugins, and system solutions, which are quite necessary when there is a particular problem regarding the correct functioning of Creatio, including that it is very easy to integrate with any platform you wish to use its very convincing features, because its design contains internal link compatibility with most systems available in the cloud.

Creatio should consider making updates that allow for greater performance and productivity on its platform at a general level, depending on what utility each particular company wishes to implement, as it is mentioned that offering more design resources to develop better marketing campaigns would be incredible, for a greater flow in terms of workforce, as currently this e-commerce system is not very easy to use.

We picked Creatio because of the UI and how its functionality helped greatly with user engagement. The app has been fantastic.

Our biggest problem has been email integration with outlook and access rights when you have territories for teams instead of individuals

WIth Creatio we are now capturing more data than we ever have been before. Our reporting is much stronger. Additionally, being able to easily and quickly modify fields and layouts has helped us quickly adapt to changes in our market place.

Its a growing software and as a fast-growing company in the USA this CRM has kept up with us and done a great job of meeting our needs. I would love to see it grow more.

What do you like best about the product?
What stood out for us from the very start was cost-efficient deployment and strong technical support. The system’s efficiency is great; it is rich in contact center capabilities and has powerful low-code and business process automation tools. We believe that the system has a lot of potential for us, there is a lotof untapped functionality that we still need to discover.
What do you dislike about the product?
Building AI-powered solutions within the system requires some dedicated in-house resources. Knowing all the low-code development tools we could use to grow our operational efficiency, we would like to create more advanced tailor-made business solutions in future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the help of the platform, we were able to improve our customer service operations significantly. Our case management and customer interactions became far more organized, hence, our employee productivity increased, too. With all the solutions the platform offers, our contact center is able to work at full speed, being efficient as never before.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some basic solutions we needed (static list records, auto-numbering, autofill, email groups synchronization, etc.) were not provided as a part of the system’s out-of-the-box functionality and required additional time and resources for customization. We’d also loved if they could offer a bundle that allows us to just add some functionality from Service Creatio or Sales Creatio to our core product at a lower cost than regular subscriptions to the products.
