What do you like best about the product?
Regular updates. There is a highly dedicated team of professionals behind the product that keeps improving and modernizing the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would like to see other communication options with Creatio rather than a technical support center. Sometimes we need to solve a problem on the spot, for instance, while sending bulk emails, and we would appreciate the opportunity to call and discuss the issue directly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most importantly, we started to create a comprehensive сustomer database on Creatio platform, which helps us track all our customer and partner interactions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You can fully rely on Creatio team. The managers are highly customer-oriented, always willing to help and ready to remind about some arrangements and agreement terms.

Agile and scalable system, easy customization

What do you like best about the product?
Creatio has an unlimited number of system modifications. The software’s agility and capabilities that allow us to scale effectively are definitely among the top benefits for us. Thanks to technologies like low-code development tools, the system allows us to customize it according to the needs of nearly all of our internal clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile application needs improvement. For instance, I would like to see a mobile version of customer portal available. It would be way more convenient for our customers to send their requests from a mobile device.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Creatio, we lowered our support service costs significantly by automating manual processes and day-to-day business tasks. Since the net costs of our services decreased, we were able to provide an exceptional customer service up to 17% cheaper than our competitors while maintaining our gross profit margin.

What do you like best about the product?
Creatio is a tool of which I have a fairly high expectation, since it has allowed me to achieve all my sales goals in my organization, I love the tool for being very intuitive to work with which is a great advantage to work at all times with the highest agility, the software is perfect for providing a completely personalized experience when interacting with customers, which is something that pleases the users of the software and the customers with whom it deals. The service provides all the necessary marketing tools to help achieve the desired results in terms of sales growth, Creatio's interface is one of the things I have loved the most, as it is super comfortable and has a very innovative design, in general I can conclude that this tool is unbeatable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its reporting function despite its very fast operation provides very limited and basic information about customers and this is something that personally makes me unhappy about this platform. I do not like its mobile application at all, because its operation is very slow and at the time of use it generates stress because I can not finish my work with the desired efficiency. I would love to see improvements in the future as it is really necessary and it is a pity that its operation is not at all optimal to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creatio CRM we acquired it for our organization because we considered it was a very good option to choose to interact with our customers in a personalized way and allow a progressive growth of both customer and sales, the software has indeed fulfilled everything it has offered us, the tool has allowed us to obtain good results and our entire team is very satisfied with this excellent service.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Creatio has given me an excellent experience because of its wide operation, I have known the platform perfectly and I know that it is excellent for any organization that acquires it in general I recommend it for having a unique efficiency and being very easy to use, even though it has a mobile application with a poor operation, it is an excellent alternative to choose to interact with customers in a professional way.

A great CRM to solve complex business problems

What do you like best about the product?
It’s a great product to automate all business operations, which allows to quickly and easily adjust the system to new tasks and changes in the organization. It’s also great for building tailor-made solutions thanks to the system’s low-code capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if Creatio calendar could be slightly improved. Using Google calendar to schedule activities sometimes feels more convenient to me. However, it is by far not the most critical feature in the CRM system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being a biotechnology company, we were looking for a CRM software that would allow custom solutions to meet our business needs. Creatio addressed our multiple business needs – from sales force automation to operational performance management and KPIs tracking. With the help of this software, we also optimized communication with our key stakeholders and standardized the way we work with laboratories.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would advise anyone implementing automatization software to have a dedicated employee that would control the implementation project and invest in the system’s further development after it goes live.

Strong CRM to support the Sales Process

What do you like best about the product?
In order to use the platform to support our sales process, our organization has required quite a bit of customization. Creatio has proven to be the partner for us by accommodating and customizing our sales process where needed. It has been a very pleasant experience to work with our Customer Service Manager, very impressed with the high level of support and understanding of our business in a short time.
The platform is user friendly with a great user interface, easy to navigate and the training provided is extensive. Creatio offers a wide selection of Apps in their marketplace to integrate with the platform, therefore creating great opportunity for expanding the functionality.
Though our sales team has only just started to adopt the platform into their daily routines, we foresee a long-term relationship with Creatio, improving our sales process, lead management and marketing campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hoping for ways to upload individual contacts from phone or outlook instead of full synchronization. This would make data entry more efficient, instead of entering a contact in cell phone and then in Creatio. Our team works from their cell phones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating our sales process, actively pursuing outstanding leads and sending marketing campaigns targeting customer needs.

What do you like best about the product?
Creatio is at the same time database and process tool. It has everything which modern company needs for automation. You can create user pages which fill dozens of tables behind, create tasks, send predefined emails, or emails from templates, send emails automatically, structuring your processes, fully. Business rules in the pages, or process elements features, provides you the possibility to control your data quality. The flexibility of this software is outstanding providing users the ability to create everything their company needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is still the space for improvement in processing of very large processes. Some smaller customer convenience features can be improved, as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creatio helped us to support our employees to do what is necessary to be done. Our staff now get the structured tasks with all necessary explanations about task content and they don't have to manage their tasks lists, since Creatio does it for them. We decreased the number of mistakes made by our operators and increased the data quality. Finally, we increased efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We can recommend this software very strong to potential users. It provides the company by everything necessary at one place. In addition, Creatio has great customer support team which can help you to implement this software without using third parties services.

What do you like best about the product?
The BPM component of this CRM solution is definitely the selling point. The ease of configuration and customization makes it very suitable for medium size implementations.
They constantly release new features and improvements, so their on the right track.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UX needs a lot of improvement. Also, it lacks some basic CRM features - they can be achieved by customization and processes. But those are features much needed in a CRM solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales automation. Business process automation. Lead Management.

Creatio: Highly customized system for sales

What do you like best about the product?
Bpm online is an extremely configurable arrangement that has expanded effectiveness and profitability for clients. It was amazing to adjust the procedures worked for our specific business needs. This helped us develop and adjust to show changes in financial business with phenomenal strength.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the initial stage of implementation, we really did not have some learning materials that would otherwise help us guide our employees through the system, enabling them to learn how to use it more quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The online implementation of Bpm allowed our business development department to simplify the client licensing process. Client access licensing is carried out much faster now! The best part is that, with bpm'online, our sales representatives spend less time closing sales. The intelligent business processes allow us to set up notifications about the expiration of the license term. Additionally, the software automatically generates contracts and documents necessary to close the deal. License renewal management has been greatly simplified.

You will learn business process management and a new world of solving challenges and tasks.

Robust, flexible product - however it has a steep learning curve

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is modern, user-friendly and is rich with functionality. We have tripled the functions we are using in bpm'online in the last year but I still believe we have quite a bit more to learn.

The support is also great, and timely.
What do you dislike about the product?
As the platform is highly-configurable, it is partially 'build it yourself' which makes it a bit more difficult to set up to start with, but once setup it is very flexible.

Due to the platform's 'vertical' database design, it also takes a while to update the database and frontend; for example adding new columns and presenting them on the interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
bpm'online was integral to our organisation's digital marketing strategy. Our organisation moved from traditional salespeople-oriented marketing to near-100% pure digital in the matter of a few months, which has allowed us to quickly scale efficiently.

Our CSM was fantastic at helping us set this up, providing us free teleconferences to train us on the functionality.

One suggestion for future would be to provide better-looking bulk email templates out-of-the-box as I have built most of the ones I think are presentable to the customer.

I look forward to exploring the Customer Portal, mobile app and AI in future.

Best & Ease CRM

What do you like best about the product?
Configuration is a minutes job which doesn't requires more efforts. Integration with third party applications seems easy with some coding. Very nice CRM , it can full fill the users needs as much as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile App is not user friendly. Customization is not clear. Document is not proper which explains it. Even to hide field based on condition it is difficult. Debugging is very difficult, which pain for a developer to debug his code upfront.
