What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Well-configured CLM System adaptable to business needs.
What do you like best about the product?
Mutlifaceted--Agiloft is customizable to address our specific business needs across multiple departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
With the ability to configure as needed, less sophisiticated implementers could use more specific direction on how to configure the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lifecycle tracking
Customizable and Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
In all of the years that we have used the product, it has consistently been the most reliable software that I manage. Downtimes have been rare and quickly resolved. Agiloft is very good about notifying us about system updates and when ever I have had a question, the support ticketing team has been very responsive. Even though our needs are simple, it seems that Agiloft is constantly rolling out new functionality.
The ability to customize a lot of the features based on user types is a great feature. Being AD-integrated is also a plus. We were able to automate our new user provisioning, which was very helpful. Another great tool is Agiloft University. I really appreciate the fact that Agiloft offers such a robust tool for training on the program.
Most importantly, I want to commend Agiloft for remembering the human touch. On the rare occassions when I have called the support line, I was able to reach a person. In this age of AI and chat tech support, I have a team of people who have gone out of their way to communicate with me and ask if I need anything. I would also like to personally commend our Customer Success Manager, Govind Sharma. His patience and professionalism was greatly appreciated during our contract renewal process.

What do you dislike about the product?
We have used the product since 2017, and I have not had any issue that I was either unable to resolve for myself or resolve with the assistance of their support options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Agiloft allowed us to retire our in-house contract database, which did not have the search capabilities and reporting options that Agiloft has. During some recent changes in our organization, this was very important, because we were able to retrieve important contracts and BAAs quickly. The fact that it is AD-integrated is a great assistance when user leave our organization because there access gets blocked without my intervention
Agiloft Contract Management- Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
Agiloft Contract Management System has streamlined our contracting process and reduced the risk to the institution on contracting processes. We have one process now, where before Agiloft there was a different process for each business unit within the enterprise.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system is very robust, it is hard to stay on top of changes and potential upgrades. A dedicated implementer, who is familiar with our system and use of the system would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have migrated from a very decentralized contracting process, with over 50 departments managing their contracts to one centralized system. This has increased approval efficiencies and made review times faster. The integration that Agiloft has with DocuSign has allowed us to better manage institutional signers, reducing potential risk.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try to have as much of your internal process laid out and agreed upon before working with any contract management software.
Flexibility and Speed is the key
What do you like best about the product?
Agiloft is a highly configurable system. Its flexibility allows us to adapt to any business need without writing any custom code. As an implementor, this enables us to respond to specific business needs with predictable timelines.
What do you dislike about the product?
Agiloft's user experience and some of the terminology used in the application can be made simpler. Some competitive products have combined contracting with other downstream business functions such as procurement; adding similar capability would be beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems solved:
1. Creating a centralized repository of legal content is the biggest problem solved.
2. A predictable and traceable workflow for CLM.
3. Managing visibility of contracts based on role.
Benefits:
1. Legal department's burden of managing documents is significantly reduced.
2. Ready access to information about contracts provides an overall better experience internally and externally.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Agiloft is a flexible system that can be implemented in a short time. It can be integrated with other systems within the company - SalesForce, single sign on, email, etc.
Great CLM workflow and automation platform!
What do you like best about the product?
The workflow and automation capabilities within Agiloft CLM are strong points. Additionally, it is a no-code platform which enables us to make changes in our own system quickly and easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
We wish it would have fuller integration capabilities with Google Workspace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automatically generating contracts, controlling access to contract records by role or team, and allowing requesters to see their contract status without asking the Legal team are some of the biggest benefits we've seen.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
User-friendliness and ease of making changes make Agiloft a great platform for contract lifecycle management. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
Agiloft is highly customizable and simple to learn.
What do you like best about the product?
Agiloft can be configured to fit any business need, whether it is something simple like being used as a repository and tracking expirations, all the way through setting up unique tables and permission structures to fit specific needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since it is so customizable, Agiloft can take a while to exit the implementation phase. However, continued support and monitoring post-implementation is always appreciated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Any need can be solved with Agiloft. A few of them are as follows: tracking expirations, simplifying negotiations by an automated redline process, streamlining approvals, all wrapped up with built-in E-Sign. Benefits range from increased efficiency through visibility and collaboration.
Easy to Use, Automated, Modular Platform for Contract Management
What do you like best about the product?
Agiloft can be customized to suit your organization's particular needs. For example, Agiloft was willing to work with my organization to integrate DocuSign into their platform, meaning that agreements could be automatically routed for signature once approved through Agiloft. Innovations like these allow our legal team to spend more time on legal analysis and less time on busy work.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing to dislike. If you dislike something in the platform, the Agiloft team will work with you to customize the platform to better suit your needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Agiloft to track our contracts (the expiration dates, renewal periods, etc.), manage our contract approval process, automate our purchase request process, and maintain internal controls.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend that you speak with the Agiloft team about your organization's needs. They will likely be able to develop a customized platform that can fulfill all of those needs.
Incredibly Robust
What do you like best about the product?
Agiloft has endless configurations that will accommodate virtually any business that requires contracts or other types of documentation. The workflow and email capabilities are incredibly useful for finding the state of certain contracts, and creates a papertrail of approvals. The saved searches means that you can always search for certain contracts based on certain criteria, and again allows for very complex formulas.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you are implementing or configuring in house, it requires a certain level of technical knowledge. Having a basic understanding of boolean logic, as well as HTML, CSS, and Javascript is not necessary, but will certainly be useful in configuring and maintaining Agiloft.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidating where we keep our contracts. Previously they were not quite organized and scattered amongst individuals. The workflow and email have made automation of approval processes much quicker.
