Ease of use. Reliability. Superior customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm struggling to find anything negative. The Branch app does what it's supposed to do and it does it seamlessly and easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The power of real-time payments. No paper checks and fee-laden pay cards. Savings of both time and costs and attracting more talent with the #1 benefit job seekers want: faster access to their earnings.

Easy to implement attribution tracking app
What do you like best about the product?
Easiness to create trackable links, free starting plan, good visualization of attributions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI looks old, simple, and easy to use, but feels like this hasn't been edited for years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me attribution for customer acquisition. It enables me to see where my new users come from, what channels, what marketing campaign, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have tried all attribution tools for mobile app analytics and this is the best quality/money ratio.
Customer support isn't great, but the tool is easy to use and provides extremely valuable insights and features.

Powerful deep links, ad links, quick links that work across all platforms and channels, the dashboard is simple to use and understand, easy-to-integrate with 3rd party vendors .
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of materials where you can learn how to use it in the re-engagement campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We like that we can deep link with this software. The ability to direct different device users to appropriate apps and pages is awesome.

If you need an mobile app tracking tool Branch is a good choice.

It offers a lot of features and not able to find clear resources to understand all things branch has to offer. Like getting default attributions from Facebook or google ads

Give it a go, generous free tier and a breeze to use
Easy to use + Accurate Attributions
What do you like best about the product?
User Interface is nice. Business teams can create attribution links with ease. The accuracy of attributions is one of the best in the market (in comparision to a couple of other popular platforms I have used). Pricing the product on MAU instead of number of attributions is helpful.

Support team is extremely unresponsive. Many enquiries go unanswered for weeks.

Track our website users that end up installing our app as well. Influencer advertisements.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go ahead and use it. If you are going for low value products, expect delay in support (next to no support).
