Links are easy to create. Tracking is also straightforward. Can add tags for easy reading of data.

Key pair and deeplink is complex. Need it become easier and smoother.

Tracking of all our user acquisition efforts. Microinfluencer campaigns with all our partners.

There is a lot of documentation but many parts are out of date and very hard to reconcile

What do you like best about the product?
Mobile measurement can be difficult, and setting up deep linking using a custom solution can cost thousands of dollars. We like that branch does this all for you out of the box on both Android and IOS.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface needs a facelift with a better color scheme.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Branch allows us to do deep linking at scale and a fraction of the cost of a custom-built solution. Their deep links also comes with the added benefit of custom landing pages that work across all devices.

For it to work adequately, all campaigns have to be branch campaigns.

We are using branch for monitoring Twitter ad conversion statistics. Integration was smooth and quick. We're happy with their tools and dashboard.

For the solutions which overlap with Google Analytics, one will still prefer Google Analytics because of its ease of use.

Branch's support is not very good. Even for paying customers it's a 24 hour turn-around time.
