What do you like best about the product?
The "Quick Links" feature is the feature we use most and are happy with.
What do you dislike about the product?
They discontinued their referrals product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Branch to measure user engagement with our organic marketing initiatives. Our marketers have no trouble using it.

Simplicity of use, intuitive dashboard and all the functions we seem to be needing

We're still early in our learning process, so far so good but I have a feeling we might be missing some advanced reporting and stats

Deep links and attribution, especially with the new iOS 14 restrictions

Have yet to get our conversion management dialed. The docs are plentiful and well constructed, but more accessible access to an account manager would be helpful.

Universal link tracking, management, and evaluation. I have confidence Branch will be very useful.

It's too difficult to use. Although you provided a free trial period, there is no human technical support. When someone starts using something, whether it's free or paid, there should first be guidance to understand how to view and set up statistics and to know if the ad integration is successful before discussing collaboration methods.
