user friendly. we can track all fed parameters easily also integration part was very easy.

basically we are serving the semi urban parts and more important is tracking the user behaviour
Recommendations to others considering the product:
you can go for it without any second thoughts. Its a great platform for start-ups. you can use your marketing budget wisely. and can save money and invest in other required areas.

Branch has been a super powerful and useful tool for us in tracking user behavior across deep links!
What do you like best about the product?
Powerful tools to for deep linking and user behavior tracking.

Some of the behavior is a bit confusing. For example, it seems that if a user downloads our app through a Branch link and then uses our app over the course of multiple weeks, then the user's activity near the end of the week is not longer associated with the initial Branch link.

What do you like best about the product?
Branch integrates extremely well with other platforms and is the one-stop place for tracking. Also, their technical support response is very quick and resolute. The fact that is so affordable and provides such important services all in one place helps our organization achieve its goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such. They are doing a great job bringing in newer and helpful features to be at par with any organization's requirements.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deep-linking enabled by Branch helps us better engage with our customers. We can easily manage our daily marketing operations, and accordingly, measure and optimize our processes.
Overall gets the job done, but the online UI could be improved
What do you like best about the product?
The actual setup and integration was not too bad. It took our engineer only a couple of hours to actually get it integrated and working. We haven't explored further/deeper integrations yet, although we do want to investigate. We really like the ability to create quick links and tag them appropriately. This helps us filter down by different marketing channels/methods/campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that can be improved is the overall loading time of Branch. Sometimes it takes a long time to actually load up the summary view for our deeplinks. I also think there can be improvements made to the filtering aspect of the summary view -- sometimes it is not clear if filters were actually applied or not. Another thing that is not clear/easy to debug is how realtime the attribution actually is, it was difficult to correlate a download during our testing to one recorded in the summary view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed an easy & cheap solution for our startup to attribute downloads of our iOS app. We looked at a couple of different options and felt that Branch was going to be the easier one to integrate with, and it had better pricing than competitors. It seemed flexible enough for our needs and something that we could grow into if we wanted to use additional functionality. There are ways to further customize what links we offer, the actual screen that is displayed when a user clicks the link, etc, and we liked this flexibility.

Easy to integrate, good documentation, great for mobile attribution.

Nothing to say bad. Everything is good for now.

It’s deepliking feature. Engages and converts users and reduces drop offs

There is a bit of initial effort required and it is a little difficult to set it up at the beginning

I’m using its deepliking feature for our mobile app to convert users from shared links to download our mobile app
Branch seems promising but not the most intuitive tool to use
What do you like best about the product?
To see analytics of app events. So far we haven't explored other areas in Branch but we are interested in the journey links and measuring our paid campaigns with Branch. Currently we're not yet running paid campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far the dashboard seems a bit limited and we can't see all the custom events we have added to our app. We still need to explore more to evaluate the full potential of Branch.

So far we have only used the events that help us to understand what our users do in the app.
