What do you like best about the product?
Excellent UI. Easy to create tracking links. Reporting is solid.

Technical implementation is a bit daunting and documentation could be updated. I would like to see Segment integration re-activated.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to generate links and use them to redirect people directly to the app, and later on have the analytics in place to understand where do users come from. It's also very easy to customize the content of the app by sending parameters within the urls. It has been instrumental in tracking our influencer marketing efforts. The technical support takes time to respond but ultimately always provides insights or ideas on how to fix stuff.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting is good but if you want to dig deeper, you'll have to implement apis or download raw data. I think there's a lot more potential in analytics. If you want to use branch as your main source of navigation analytics, consider your reporting capabilities, as the default reporting is rather basic, mostly in what refers to campaigns, sources and stuff. And in most cases, different reporting areas have part of the information you need. If you need a condensed report, you'll have to download raw data and prepare it yourself, or integrate the APIS, at a cost.

On the other hand, not sure if it's fully dependent on branch, but there's a 30% of attribution that's not properly captured. It sounds like a lot but comparatively, it is within the baseline of any attribution related solution.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need an almost plug & play tool to solve your universal linking and attribution needs, this is your tool. It's quite integrated in the skillsets of most iOS developers, and it is considered almost like "the tool to use".

Something that I like a lot is their generous offering for free services up to a certain volume of MAUS, which makes it really easy to test the service and get value of it without investing from the minute 0.

Consider your reporting capabilities, as the reporting is rather basic, mostly in what refers to campaigns, sources and stuff. And in most cases, different reporting areas have part of the information you need.

What do you like best about the product?
Relatively easy to integrate, provides valuable data as well as deep linking capabilities that help our customers get to the correct place. Automatic ad attribution saved a ton of development time for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Permissions structure could be improved, we basically end up having to give a lot of access for anyone to get anything done.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Branch is its ease of use. As someone who is new to marketing, I had to learn how to use attribution from 0. I tried a bunch of other platforms and cancelled them all to stick with Branch.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I dislike about Branch. One thing I might be missing is the ability to create folders for Quick Links. Perhaps making that easier to do would be ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helped me identify how are coaches can receive referral credit via links.

What do you like best about the product?
Branch provides accurate attribution data that helps us to optimise our facebook / google campaigns effectively. Also its custom reports help us to analyse past data in great detail.
What do you dislike about the product?
The custom graphs and dashboards are not that good. Also the tables aesthetics could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Attribution problems and we are able to send offline events via s2s to branch to have a complete view of user journey.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Best works if you are spending and have users from multiple platforms.

Also, with respect to competitors, the prices are fairly cheaper for SMEs like us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Branch can be more intuitive in design, UX.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was looking for a 360 Degree attribution and event analytics tool. And I think Branch fits into my requirement perfectly.

I can look onto which channel, campaign and ad type is leading the most conversions for our business and take decisions for scaling user acquisition.
