What do you like best about the product?
The tracking analytics is great and I like how user friendly it is
What do you dislike about the product?
Not enough info per step, it is a little confusing and would like more indication on how to correct a track

What do you like best about the product?
Heap tracks all the events in your product without having to pre-define them
What do you dislike about the product?
Not enough flexibility in report building and sometimes a bit hard to properly track an event.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the key strengths of Heap is its ability to automatically capture user interactions and events across web and mobile platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing special, maybe need to add more integrations with other analytics providers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to segment users based on a wide range of criteria, such as user behaviour, demographics, and custom properties.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to get insite on how users are interatcing with out product.
What do you dislike about the product?
No heatmap and the session capture isn't so easy to find what you are looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Heap helps me find the data I need to validate ideas and decisions.

Great tool for easy setup

What do you like best about the product?
That its relatively easy to setup event definitions through the Visualizer.
Has a good user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not intuitive enough for deep analysis of funnels and journeys. It's difficult for me to understand what's happening between two points in a flow and to determine what the cause for drop-off rates may be. I would like to see the percentage of usage for each field in a form. Important metrics are success rate, engagement time, and drop-off rate.
Another issue is not having surveys and feedback widgets on the platform. So I have to rely on other tools to provide that functionality. It would be good to have it in one place so I can link it to the same user database.
Would be great to have user onboarding flows too and links to knowledge bases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding the users behaviours and usage of our platform.

Helpfull companion for designers

What do you like best about the product?
I like live events for easier event creation, user segmentation, and also some of the recent updates they've made to products. I also like the ability to export the graph data as CSV easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was hard at the beginning (on Jargon) as heap was my first experience with an analytics tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For larger meetings with executives, we'll have to provide evidence on every major design decision, easy definition of the event, and the ability to have it as a summary dashboard solves most of my problems. Some of the additional benefits are CSV export for advanced filtering.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how thorough it is in capturing all user interactions and how easy it is to obtain meaningful insights on them, even for scenarios we hadn't previously identified as problematic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much... Maybe I'd like for my user session to persist longer. Sometimes I would leave a couple of tabs open with some charts that I'm working on, and when I come back later on, or perhaps even the next day, it forces me to sign in again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a view of how much (and how!) our product is utilized.
