Great No Code/ Low Code Platform for ETL
What do you like best about the product?
The community can help you figure out how to do anything you need on the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to pay for the additional toolkits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows users with limited data science experience to get started quickly.

Alteryx has done what would take hours to do in Python in minutes and is a timesaver.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease with which to get things done. All you need to do is drag and drop the tools you wish to use on the canvas, and you're good to go.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dragging specific tools on the canvas can cause lag. Regarding the spatial tools, the reprojection of the spatial objects doesn't work which should be built in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing in and merging data from different data sources and doing data analysis. Performing spatial operations to help answer questions for the company.
Alteryx has allowed me to become an advanced data engineer and analyst without knowing any code

The software is adaptable to all skill levels. People can be onboarded very easily and the sky is the limit with how far you can take it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AMP engine doesn't live up to expectations. While it runs your workflow fast, it generates incorrect answers, defeating the purpose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company uses Alteryx to perform ETL processes and schedule necessary data processing. It's incredibly fast to run and fast to spin up a solution.

It takes some time to learn. Professional help is very good but costly.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to learn and use. No need to have a coding background. If you can navigate a computer, you likely can build a workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, the biggest downside is convincing people the benefits outway the cost.

We use the software as a force multiplier. We can have fewer people work on the data, allowing more time to analyze and make recommendations to key stakeholders.

Designer saves our Compliance team 30+ hours each month by replacing manual processes with workflows. It has been simple to pick up and we keep finding new ways to improve. We are so excited to explore even more.

We've had to do a bit of Googling to sort out the best tool for some needs.

We run our monthly audit data preparation and testing through to achieve results in record time. This allows us to address issues faster and reduce the time inappropriate access could exist.
