Amplitude's Startup plan has been amazing!
What do you like best about the product?
The Session Replays, Experiments, and Browser SDK helps us understand our users' behaviors in realtime and iterate to build the best possible product. We love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, we haven't found anything to dislike - seriously!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need visibility into how many people are using our product in realtime, what they click on, and how they navigate through our features. Amplitude gives us visibility into all of this and informs how we iterate on our product design.

After analyzing user behavior, I had to draw my own conclusions about how to modify the websites better to achieve better results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding user behavior makes a more effective call to action. For instance, we found out that placing a video right before the call to action button increased the number of interactions

What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude is a great tool for analyzing user behavior and product metrics, which is something I find useful as a product manager! What stands out to me is its ability to provide deep insights into how users interact with a product or service. The user-centric approach and the flexibility it offers for segmenting data and tracking user journeys are powerful. Plus, its cohort analysis and retention features can help teams make data-driven decisions to improve user engagement and growth.
Also, I use Amplitude to plug in experiment data, which is crucial to help me understand the impact on metrics for control and treatment groups. It's easy to use and I use it fairly frequently. Customer support got back when I had a question on the stat. sig indicator.

What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if there were more training videos and educational tools to help me learn about all the ways to analyze data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Users are abandoning their carts and not completing the checkout process. Amplitude allows me to track how users move through the checkout process, from adding items to the cart all the way to purchase completion. I can see where they drop off, whether it’s at the payment stage, form filling, or shipping selection. This level of visibility helps me understand which steps in the checkout process are causing friction or confusion, allowing me to prioritize fixes that can reduce cart abandonment and increase conversion rates.

I like the intuitive the interface, the real-time dashboards and the segmentation tools helping yo to dive into specific behaviors to make data-driven decisions.

The pricing and some advanced features are quite hard to understand at first.

It’s invaluable for measuring stickiness, retention, feature adoption, and more. Given how crucial user engagement is for any SaaS business, Amplitude simplifies tracking and reporting, making it an essential daily tool. Plus, its AI-powered help center answers most questions instantly, and for anything else, the responsive support team is always there to assist.
What do you dislike about the product?
One challenge with Amplitude Analytics is that you need to carefully plan your implementation before you start tracking data, as cleaning things up retroactively can be difficult or even impossible. While Amplitude provides good out of the box visualization tools, customization options are somewhat limited. However, you can export the data and connect it to more advanced visualization tools for greater flexibility.

the cohorts feature is amazing and gives me the exact insights I need. Also, the integrations are great.

Can be a bit easier to use. Also, charts are focused on events but not users. Would love if that could happen!

It creates one place to look at when you need to have a deeper dive into complex analytics. It is useful for analyzing user journeys, persona behaviour, and more. It is as useful to online marketers as it is for product marketers.

Even though the UI is clean and makes sense, the initial phase can be a bit overwhelming (though it is the price you pay for a service with such vast feature range).
