What do you like best about the product?
I have used this software and i can surely recommend anyone to use this as it provides detailed information of user's path.
What do you dislike about the product?
i don't like when i have to save the name again and again after just changing the graph type.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i am working on user's funnel for the conversion of users

What do you like best about the product?
For example, being able to analyze the combination of information, such as whether users who took a specific action also took another specific action, has been very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The part where user distribution cannot be represented in a graph. For example, it would be useful to show the distribution of the number of people within different price ranges for the payment amount per user in December.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in selecting targets when planning initiatives such as campaigns.

The interface makes it very easy to write queries & the platform is quick to process them

Changing dates is a bit more cumbersome than other platforms like Mixpanel

Is the initial learning curve, as some advanced features can feel overwhelming for new users. Additionally, the cost can be a challenge for smaller teams or startups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude Analytics helps solve the challenge of understanding user behavior by providing detailed insights into how users interact with our product. It enables us to track retention, identify drop-offs in funnels, and create data-driven strategies to improve the user experience. This has directly benefited us by increasing engagement and optimizing key product features.

- Collates all the data I need into one place to do marketing, run a/b test etc

- Sometimes can be a bit hard to configure reports but once you understand it, its not too bad

After a fast implementation of a single line of code, we were quickly able to jump onboard to measure page variants and test conversions on our estore in addition to measuring web analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the skills are definitely transferrable, it still takes a little bit of time and effort from the team to get acquainted with the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been previously unable to find a swift solution for testing engagement metrics on two variants of landing pages for my email campaigns leading to my eshop. Amplitude Analytics solved this problem for me elegantly.

The platform as a whole is easy to use, seamless integrations, a robust number of features, and excellent customer support managers & architects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Managing a portfolio of many products can be challenging, becuase we are required to create multiple projects and have to chase down project owners to maintain their product's data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to answer both simple and complex business questions. For example; Who are the users of my product? Threading user properties across the platform is the best. Another use case; How often are my users returning to the product and converting? The retention and funnel charts give clear answers by enabling users to create the expected path, and gain insights to make changes needed to enable conversion from trial and paid plans.

Getting our team onto Amplitude has unlocked so much self-serve understanding about our product's usage from both product, marketing and content teams alike.
So much great insight about user behavior to glean from using the platform that we consider Amplitude like our 3rd business analyst on the team
Ongoing support is also amazing - recently attended their office hours where they answered my specific analytics question. They also have a fairly active Slack community
They are also constantly making us do less work, e.g. it automatically detects when new events come through and what app release it was from and annotates our timelines with this information.
