Best for large sized file sharing and saving
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has helped my small businesses grow. The functionality of Dropbox is superb and the ability to share and save large files is what drew me to Dropbox. I can easily upload and share my files with my clients with absolutely NO ISSUES. The layout of dropbox is super user-friendly and none of my clients have ever had any issues viewing downloading editing any of the files I’ve shared with them. Whether I’ve shared the direct link with them through email or sharing the actual folder from the platform itself. The constant updating and refreshing of dropbox just continues to impress me. I highly recommend this platform Really for anybody. Keep up the amazing work Dropbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I don’t have anything that I dislike about dropbox. If there’s an issue or a bug, it’s usually fixed immediately, almost without being noticed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is constantly updating It’s layout. I have yet to encounter any problems with dropbox in the last 5+ years that I’ve used it.
Dropbox has always been reliable and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
How simple it is to use and how seamless it is on my day to day computer use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Deleted items are hard to find. It would be interesting if there was something like a recycling bin where you could see all deleted files and folders in one place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Access to files wherever I am. I don’t need to worry about accessing files from home or work when I am away.
Good for small collaborations, not worth premium
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is overall an okay storage system. Unlike others, it has a very strong records for version control, which is great if you're collaborating on a project where you'll need to revert documents often. The nesting interface is also relatively intuitive to the outsider without being in an ecosystem.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox collaborates with Word for web, which is a difficult and finicky application to use at best. The amount of storage you receive on the free tier is also pretty limited, so for most projects, expect that you'll need to upgrade to the $11.99 tier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox allows a team of three authors to collaborate with each other from opposite sides of the country and work with external contractors for video editing. The cloud system is sufficient for these uses.
Great

What do you dislike about the product?
My subscription terms are not even clear... for some reason my desktop end is not updating though I still have the subscription and am not even close to using up the space, which is very confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending email back and forth is way less efficient than collaborating on Dropbox
Effortless file sync and collaboration

I love the seamless syncing across devices—any change I make on my laptop instantly appears on my phone and tablet.

Perhaps there could be a better way to bulk download pictures and videos into my dropbox at set intervals and an easier way also to delete old files to make more space.

The integrated features on Finder app on mac which allows you to use the right click to execute Dropbox features
What do you dislike about the product?
My current level of membership doesn't allow me to speak with an agent over the phone. I think I can only email or chat with one? I pay some dollars (about $150?) to Dropbox but still can't talk to an agent, which hardly makes sense to me.

Cloud feature helps me to keep thumb drives at home. I work on different computers, tablet, phone, etc, but I have access to my files everywhere. Dropbox helps me remember important things and cherish-able memories
Accessible and Reliable Anywhere
