The app on the phone is AMAZING. I use that a lot.

I am not sure there is, it works so cleanly

Shared files across multiple platforms is PERFECT.

Dropbox creates a centralized system for organization and sharing
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is a simple to use storage platform for individuals and businesses that make it really easy to organize videos, documents, files, and forms in one easily accessible platform. The platform is accessible on mobile and web, which is understated how important that can be in terms of accessing data on the go, or while traveling. It's also really easy to upload and store the files, and can be done via extensions, apps, or simple upload process automatically!
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate that they removed Dropbox capture. This was so instrumental for us to record videos, and screenshots for issues, complaints, content or support. It was so widely used that we had to revamp support practices when dropbox capture went away. It had awesome features and we used each one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox originally provided a very simple format for us to store content, video, forms and documents. With some of their other features, we were actually able to create SOPs for the organization which allowed us to call out issues, bugs, or create content. This was primarily done through their Dropbox Capture platform, which was great because the content we created in the capture was then saved into the dropbox. We could easily organize our systems and files in dropbox, which provided a huge reduction of time spent searching for files.
For Work purpose it is easy to do the documentation and signed them from Dropbox

The best thing about the Dropbox is easy to do. everything can be signed there on the dropbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about the Dropbox
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I said I have no problems with Dropbox, it is easy and quick to adapt to the product.

I would like a more simplified user interface, I like it, but I have heard that others can find it hard to find the right functions

What do you like best about the product?
A highly intuitive interface that allows for smooth and fast professional use. For internal or external sharing with providers or clients. The management of rights for each user with whom you share the files. A tool that can be easily implemented in teams for daily use, streamlining project management with numerous stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
So simple that there is no reason for you to need Dropbox customer support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox greatly facilitates project management with numerous stakeholders: internal teams, contractors, and clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the sleek user interface and android capabilities. The ability to import files from your computer to your phone keeping everything in organized manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love Dropbox and the recent app updates that increases ease of access.

Benefits me by being able to sync it to PC and phone for maximum convenience
Its a good experience for the user but it lacks compability with other tools to make things easier.

I believe it is a solid cloud platform, i believe you can trust upon it and know that your files will be secure.

The one thing i do not like a lot about dropbox is the fact that they are missing a lot of connections or compability with other tools, in order to make it easier to upload and download information from it.

What do you like best about the product?
It's always nice to have extra storage room and same goes to your digital files. I like that it integrations with different softwares, specially project management ones.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe it's just the way I use it, but I don't have it automatically integrated with my gmails
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox to me is like that double-door walking in closet for all my clothes that I have collected during the years and I still can't seem to let go, so I need ample storage room to keep them safe and sound until I decide it's time for a spring cleanout

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox offers free 2 GB of storage, it is suitable for various types of OS and various individuals and legal entities
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no such aspects about Dropbox I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox gives you up to 2 TB storage, individual or legal users do not have to install a server room or to have big data carriers. Users can reach their data from all over the world. You even do not have to carry your PC and to work with your files from public library for instance.
No BS file sharing

I wish it had more compatibility with phone OSs and direct sync

Exchanging files with my teams and repeat use of same files.
