Dropbox Professional Tool Review - Great way to share/collaborate with different teams
What do you like best about the product?
What I really enjoy plan that Dropbox offers is that they offer additional features that aren't included in other purchase plans. Not only that but it also has additional professional features that can be utilized in any larger company that plans on sharing information and maximizing collaboration efforts across the board.
One of my favorite features is that it the tool offers safeguarding capabilities which helps protect any information confidential information.

What do you dislike about the product?
What can be improved upon is the support, I find that if you have an issue and you reach out to a support agent it takes a while to fix the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some problems I'm solving include making more efficient updates throughout different work streams. This tool is great to use for sharing and maximizing collaboration across a document or a deck you need to present with everyone's inputs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend comparing this plan to the other plans Dropbox offers to see if it contains the features you might be looking for.

One Stop to keep your data stored securely
What do you like best about the product?
One can upload files, and the security of the dropbox cloud is very high. Without a password, no one can access the files stored in the cloud. Dropbox allows its users to have access to the files even without downloading it, which makes me keep things organized and go through my excel sheet saved up there without downloading it.
What do you dislike about the product?
First of its a little on the expensive side when it comes to the storage plans. Downloading documents are a little on the tougher side as the user interface is a little complicated and when too many files are downloaded they are not zipped while other cloud services does it by default in case too many files are downloaded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me keeping crucial data at my finger tips. Transferring photos from iPhone to Android is so easy as everything is under one account. It supports .heic files which is supported on ios and not on android. Also uploading files to the cloud is so easy and you can enable photo auto sync on dropbox just like you have it on google photoes.

What do you like best about the product?
Integration with Google docs and Office is possible with the collaboration feature. The advanced smart sync option and impressive file sharing features make working smooth and seamless. The annotation feature for commenting on the file is beneficial. Its speed and ease of use are desirable because it enables easy creation, storing, navigation between folders, and sharing. Easy to customize, as to store in web or local.
What do you dislike about the product?
Highly expensive for larger storage space compared to platforms offering similar services. Even though the free version is available, it has only meager storage space (2GB) sufficient for personal users. It has a bit of compromised security due to insufficient encryption capabilities. Complete device backup is not available.Cannot include network drives or external drive with dropbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox provides a cloud-based repository or backups for files. It is an excellent tool for file syncing where all the works can be put together in a common place for easy access. It provides liberty to choose third-party applications. For me, it solves the problem of storing large files and folders, and sharing it is made effortless. They have benefits like access control, archiving and retention, recovery, calendar management, and more. It supports additional features like task management, schedule synchronization, file conversion, to mention a few.
My Go-To Application for File Sharing and Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about this application is the ease of use and the integration support it has with different platforms. I can work and save all my work on one machine, and it'll be immediately available on all the other machines or devices that I have the application installed. I can view, share, and restrict edit access when collaborating. Another thing I think is great is how it integrates with my current machine's drives. It feels almost as if it's another local drive. For my needs, it's almost near perfect!
What do you dislike about the product?
In the way I've used it, I haven't come across anything I dislike. I may find something as I use other features that I may not currently need, but as of now, I haven't come across anything I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most significant benefit I have found using Dropbox Professional is the ease of collaboration. I know something similar can be done with Google products, but Dropbox Professional has always had an intuitive interface that has helped my productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is a cloud based storage platform, we know storing our data right is an issue, dropbox is easy to use, very secured and easy for a non-techy person to use and implement, fantastic for synchronizing and backup all my files: videos, text, presentation and a whole lot more, work seamlessly with all operating system: windows,macOS, Andriod and iOS,Dropbox keeps all my files accessible for both web and my phone with fantastic log on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox has poor privacy: Dropbox is not secured and doesn't offer zero-knowledge encryption; from an organization's point of view, it's a bit expensive. Like startup which we know needs sharing files and resources, dropbox is the one to go to,

fantastic, i use dropbox to coordinates documents,files between staff, colleage, it helps us share our work both remote jobs and outside the country activities. Dropbox also serves as a medium for backup in case of a disaster or any unforeseen circumstances in our company,which in turn saves us money to grow other infrastructure of our business
Large Storage
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that Dropbox could store large files for years, then you can access them whenever, wherever and however.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there is a way to reduce file weight while downloading them it would be better. Sometimes to download files with large MB might be frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I free up my devices space with Dropbox by uploading them to the clouds and allowing more space on my devices.

Handy When on the Move
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Dropbox for personal use to store media and files which enables me to transfer onto my mobile devices. Because I am using an iPhone, transferring files is a little hard I don't have my USB available. Dropbox has given me the ease of transferring files and later retrieving when needed via all my devices which I have signed onto.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe it does or doesn't but making files available when offline should be added in as it makes it easy to retrieve without the need for having mobile data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The only problem is files being available offline. However, looking past that, Dropbox is the way to go as it enables us to carry our files in the cloud and retrieve them whenever we need them. The best thing I found was sharing files via a link generated for specific files.

Don't think twice! It is a MUST Have!

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox Professional allows me to store gigs of data and easily share links with my team and our clients. We're a game development firm, so we need to upload builds of our game for review. Dropbox Professional gives our team the advantage of version control, which means we're never concerned about uploading a game build with bugs. We can always step back into time and restore a previously working version. Alternatively, we can update the download link in real-time with a fresh copy of the game. We don't need to provide a new link after updating our game package.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox can sometimes be incredibly slow to upload. I switched interact access providers from Optimum to Verizon, and ever since that point, the upload speed has been excellent. It would have been nice to get some kind of warning that my upload speeds appear to be very slow, with perhaps a suggested method to improve it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My game development studio needed a way to upload large files (10GB+) to our publisher for review, and Dropbox is an outstanding solution. For testing purposes being able to restore older builds of our game was an unexpected benefit that leads to being able to track down some bugs.

Dropbox business allows for fast and safe upload and viewing of documents on the cloud. It is reliable and is a valuable addition to a business model.

A minor issue I have noticed is the upload speeds can be a bit slow for certain file types and sizes. However, this may be a technological limitation that has not been solved yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the need to have multiple people in a team or business to share files so others can view and contribute. One major benefit i realized is that it is a central, web based system of Dropbox business that doesnt not require any downloads to operate.
