Dropbox review
What do you like best about the product?
I have personally used Dropbox. I have liked it. Not to an extent of giving it a thumbs up though.
Dropbox is just a file-syncing and retention service offering increased interoperability functionality that is intuitive to use and dependable.
It barely beats Google Drive in terms of privacy, however its somewhat simpler file sharing and quicker synchronization make for a better tool overall, especially for individuals who work on a vast array of applications.
It has not become the most prominent storage solution on the globe, and this is only getting better. Dropbox enables users to share things such as photos and videos from their workstations to a cloud database server. It also allows users to save storage and easily transfer files.

What do you dislike about the product?
I know that IT has no control over the situation and has no transparency into it. IT admins have no way of knowing which individuals are sharing information with Dropbox.
They also have no way of determining who has access to the shared system files.
Dropbox doesn't really allow businesses to check audit records, so if confidential material is exposed, administrators have really no way of confirming who viewed it.

What do you dislike about the product?
Cost: Whovever wants this as a long-term solution needs to factor its cost to sustain. For example if someone has Google One, you get more out of paying a premium there vs on Dropbox.
File size limits, these can be an issue for Art heavy or Game development payloads.
The Windows app, sometimes its finicky and just does whatever it wants.

Cloud storage par excellance
What do you like best about the product?
I like especially the collaboration & multi-device usage feature of the app
What do you dislike about the product?
Higher pay gate for the desired features like more MB storage. It would be good for Dropbox to adopt the sachet offerings of Spotify, for example, that are based on timeframe or other essential internal KPIs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accessing essentials files from different devices especially when moving from one office to another. And also, the ability to save files safely and securely when I have a need for remote access
Dropbox Review
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Dropbox Business is very helpful in the way that it is easy to share photos and pdf files with all my co-workers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how the space for storage is limited and you have to pay more money to have more space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the workplace, we used to have problems sharing pdf/photo files between all the co-workers. With Dropbox Business that is no longer an issue because every employee has a login and also has the Dropbox app downloaded on their phone. Each employee can also upload pictures from their phone as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend Dropbox Business to companies that need a way of sharing images and pdf files easily. The app is convenient for anyone and it also will sync with Dropbox on the computer.
Highly recommend dropbox for seamless sharing of content
What do you like best about the product?
Very user-friendly, the comment box is very helpful to understand if everyone on the team is on the same page. The preview feature for documents is also nicely laid out so I can see all of the changes that were made. Easy to upload different versions of the same document
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure if there is live compatibility with Google Drive and its suite of software but being able to make live changes would be really helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing research documents with members of the team; making sure that all iterations of research documents are confidentially stored so that it's easier to refer back to them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Download and use it! It's worth the investment
Invaluable team resource, particularly when working offsite
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Dropbox allows us to collaborate as a team, and access each others files.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you aren't paying attention, you can sync your way into killing all your hard drive space. This is pretty easy to deal with... you just need to know how to do it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team of designers needs to be able to pick up each others work, or grab assets from related projects. This is easily done with Dropbox for Business.
Most secure and encrypted solution
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox Business is encrypted with 256bit encryption. All documents uploaded is safe, and it can also be accessed using a phone. The file review reminder option is very helpful, especially when a project is live. All project update can be uploaded to Dropbox Business, and the Admin can allow the participants to either edit or have full control. Dropbox Business can easily be downloaded and set up even on a Mobile device.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike any feature of Drobox Business
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ever since we moved to Dropbox Business, the digital traffic has reduced, and everyone is well informed and project statuses and other requirements.
World class file storage
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is the gold standard for cloud file storage. The user experience is so refined. Syncing files between your Dropbox account and local computer takes zero effort. You literally just drag the files into a folder on your computer, and they automatically sync to Dropbox, and vice versa. For me, the most important aspect is speed -- and Dropbox does not disappoint. Uploading is extremely fast. Another important aspect is device support. Fortunately, Dropbox supports almost all devices and operating systems you can imagine.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Dropbox web interface took a little while to get used to. It's extremely well polished... but it's almost too simple. There were a few instances in the past where I had trouble locating a more advanced action, such as "generating a shared link" or "downloading an entire folder." Ultimately, this is a nitpick. After a few minutes, I understood how the interface worked, and it was no longer an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I want to store my files in the cloud with minimal effort, and Dropbox absolutely satisfies.
Fantastic synchronization and collaboration software
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Dropbox for the last seven years. It has always been a great experience when trying to synchronize my files through all my devices; it makes it even easier to transition from an old computer to a new computer. I like the most recent features, making it possible to keep all my files on the cloud and use them on my device as I need them, On Demand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like Dropbox deciding the name of my folder on my local drive. I use a personal and a business account, so the software automatically creates two folders with long names. As a programmer using Dropbox to synchronize my code and projects, I would instead prefer to have control over the folder name to have an easier way to type de the location of the files on a programming environment. Perhaps it is possible, but I have not had access to the setting to do this change. I would still recommend Dropbox 100%.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Synchronizing my projects through all my devices allows me to use whichever is close or more convenient to me, depending on my location: office, home, travel, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Dropbox is a cloud storage tool that is definitely needed as part of a toolset for a better and more productive work environment.
