What do you like best about the product?
I have used Dropbox for official use and I want to say to this is the simplest way to sharing large files here and there especially this situation when we are trying to work from home is very helpful to share files these days also we can purchase more storage from dropbox and at more large files and it's very safe with their security and also this is a cloud-based system so no need to worry we can access this system from anywhere in the world.
we can access this from the browser or by installing their client application also so with the application it's very easy to navigate to folders and download things and I like this very much because of their convenient access from all over the world.

What do you dislike about the product?
Actually, for dislike I can say in the organization's point of view this Dropbox may be a bit expensive and for personal use install fine.
when we are going to Dropbox this process is not too fast and this is time-consuming but this is not a major issue.
And there's an issue with how to identify the users who are not in dropbox when we going to share files with outside Dropbox people.

SMARTER WAY TO BACKUP IMPORTANT FILES
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is basically one of the most important cloud backup service that I use for my business and my freelancing career. It is reliable and makes it easy to store crucial work files and documents without having to worry about data loss and theft. Although I have multiple external hard drives to store my work files, nothing beats having a cloud service like Dropbox that is trusted and has proven its service reliability over the years. Sharing work files via links to customers and giving file access to co-workers is definitely my favorite feature that I frequently use. As an independent contractor, $9.99 / month for the plus plan is a fair cost of file storage and as the business expands, I would definitely use an upgrade to a much better plan to cater to my demanding business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Premium features like Document Watermarking, Shared link controls, Account transfer tool, HIPAA compliance are not available for the plus plan which is understandable but "Device approvals" feature should have been included in the plus plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Dropbox desktop client keeps starting up in the background when I check my task manager on windows. There should be a setting to stop it from starting upon windows startup without having to kill the task on task manager.

Dropbox is suitable for professionals that want a reliable cloud backup service. The plans are cost-effective and promise customer satisfaction. It is used by top freelancing professionals too. You can start with the free plan for test trials too.
RELIABLE and DEPENDABLE
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way you can access your account from any computer and load up any critical document that is vital for personal or business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes having problems uploading from andro phone, I believe the software could be the issue. I think another issue is the failure to communicate with the subscribers on issues that are relevant to the problems at hand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of my problems is being able to retrieve my business documents with no problems, and one thing I do like is that they help me to establish my business by organizing my client's important information. I understand that all companies have some issues as long as you address them and be constant with the customer needs.

I personally think it's an excellent product to have.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of installation and use of the Dropbox software on your laptop, pc, mobile phone or on the web is impressive to the novice or advanced user. I like the ability of being able to pull up a document or pdf when you are away from your desk at home. The compatibility of Dropbox includes the following list, which I enjoy: Windows, Macbook, iPad and Android phones.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Dropbox was free as I am sure you wish this as well; But despite the fact that you have to pay for more space, the pricing is very reasonable and affordable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox has helped me on more than one occasion. I was at a car dealership and needed certain documentation. I was able to pull it up on my mobile phone and email it to the dealer. He was able to print it out and I did not have to go all the way home to look for the document and then drive all the way back to the dealership.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Dropbox for a long time. I like best about Dropbox is that it allows me to upload a large amount of photos and videos quickly and share a public link to my friends and coworkers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing particular, but I wish it has more storage for more users.

With Dropbox, I can deliver files safely and easily. For a free account, I have 2GB of storage. I have realized the benefits of sharing the cloud content instantly with my boss and coworkers.

I am using dropbox for long-term data storage as well as for file-sharing with my team. It is an advantage when you are working from home. It is very easy to collaborate and share files with anyone at any time and from anywhere. You don't need to connect to any remote server, which is very time-consuming while using dropbox. File storage, data collabaration, and ease of use are the topmost advantages of dropbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have experienced some problems with security and permissions. It is hard to manage permissions and to grant access to other people at the same time. Sometimes Two people cannot access each other's files regardless of the permissions given. It needs to become more accessible to switch accounts into its app or in browser as we all have a personal and official account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is one of the best apps for data sharing and files collaboration. It is an important advantage of dropbox when you are working from home. UI is very as well as user-friendly. Anyone with basic computer knowledge can easily use dropbox.
I was suspended from my PAID account
What do you like best about the product?
The most unhelpful business I've ever come across.
What do you dislike about the product?
I own a video production company. I was suspended from my account because my clients were sharing their links too many times internally and exceeded the dropbox bandwidth limitations that I was unaware of and is unclear in the agreement I have with Dropbox. Now, none of my clients can access the content that I create for them. I work with substantial non-profit companies that fund cancer research in Boston, and now they are unable to access the content that helps raise money to help fight cancer because Dropbox will not help me. I am trying to pay Dropbox more money to open my account back up, and they said that I'll still be suspended even after I upgrade my account with them. I have never in my life felt like I have been taken more advantage of.

I am no longer working with Dropbox. They are creating problems for me now.

What do you like best about the product?
We are a construction company that shares files of building plans with vendors to solicit bids from them on projects. I use Dropbox to share large files of plans with vendors. It is easy to exchange large amounts of information with little effort. I also can store large amounts of data at little or no cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, files that are supposed to be shared may not have been received by vendors, or at least that is what they say. To remedy this, I create and copy a link to the plans and email it to the vendors. It is an additional step but requires little effort to ensure the transfer of information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had the problem of being able to share data with vendors but could not email them the data due to the size of the files. Dropbox was the perfect solution. i can now share files with a growing number of vendors with relative ease.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You can't go wrong. II advise you to determine your needs; look at Dropbox and see if it fills your needs. It works for me.
