Great way to safeguard your files
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of using dropbox is that is protects your files and keepes them as long as you want. It never gets deleted. If you keep your files on hard drives, they might accidentally get deleted or hard drives get damaged. But with dropox you are always safe.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike.most is the price tag. In my opinion it is too high for most of the people. If you are making such an item, you should keep tje proce check and make it affordable for most of the people around the world.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company is now keeping most of there important files in the dropbox. It is safe, secured and qhen needed just one click away. We do not need to worry about getting lost or damaged documents or files.

Dropbox - The Ultimate Storage System!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of storing all my files is definitely the peak feature of Dropbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is literally nothing I dislike about Dropbox, I have been using it for about five years, and I continue to update it every year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox helps me store large files and folders simply. The process is straightforward, which makes it my go-to storage system.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are considering using Dropbox as a storage site, I would say that I wouldn't hesitate. I've always been pleased with the ease of use as well as the minimal IT glitches. In the five years, I've used this product; I think I've only experienced 1 or 2 times of glitches.
An Ideal Tool for Collaborating Teams
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is easy to log into and utilize. Its file organization system is similar to how your computer's files are organized, making it easy to intuit. It is simple and clear how to create folders and reorganize them as needed. Sharing files or folders with contributors is easy and makes it a breeze to collaborate with people either inside or outside your organization. My business uses it to receive files from frequent consultants who don't have access to our servers.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint regarding Dropbox is that the free storage is very limited. Once your limit has been reached, it becomes imperative that space is freed. This can be challenging if you are not a frequent user of Dropbox, but when you use it, you are uploading multiple, large files. It may not be cost-efficient to pay for the larger storage volumes when you don't use Dropbox very regularly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox allows me to keep my files in a central location that I can access from any device (including mobile via the app) and any place. It's necessary to have access to files across devices and platforms because I frequently travel while working and away from my office computer. Dropbox allows me to quickly access my files from a public device, the public library, or coworking space, for instance, via a web browser. It gives me the safety of knowing my files are available anywhere I go.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I prefer using either Google Drive or Microsoft OneDrive for cloud-based file sharing, because both software allow for multiple users to collaborate in real-time on files hosted in the cloud. Both software also have larger free storage limits.
Dropbox for simple easy file-sharing
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is great for file sharing. It's simple, easy to use, and great for mass uploads. My favorite aspect is being able to share via a link with anyone no matter whether they're internal or external to your organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike some of the user interface, I would prefer a bit simpler quick uploading of folders and quick sharing, but once you know where to look / find the tools it's quite simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With some tools like Google Drive there are limits to sharing only within your organization. I use DropBox to easily share large files with those outside of my organization. I almost always use the share via link option so I can just easily copy into an email to share with anyone which eliminates extra steps for the receiver.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take a quick tour of the features
Limited storage and tricky to collaborate
What do you like best about the product?
It's a place to store all kinds of files - pictures, documents, videos, etc. I like being able to share files or whole folders with people, where everyone can edit and then save their changes without re-uploading.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the collaboration feature doesn't work great, especially if one person edits a file in Google docs, for example, and another tries to do it in Word Online. I wish it would tell you where the file had been created/edited previously to avoid this issue. Also, the storage space runs out pretty quickly if you're actually using it for a lot of files. I didn't want to pay more to upgrade my storage space, so I have been using Dropbox a lot less recently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven't found Dropbox to be exceptional as a sharing platform, but it does work to share files with multiple people for editing purposes.
Business essential for storing and sharing files
What do you like best about the product?
I love the way it integrates into multiple devices. We have a folder of product images we can share with our sales team that updates in real-time when adding new products and have it bookmarked on all their computers. I have also added it to my file explorer to look for Dropbox files just like I do any other file, and I don't have to get on my browser. It's also great for sharing with outside clients, I can create a link that goes to only one specific folder so they just have access to that and not my entire Dropbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes if other people don't have a Dropbox account, they occasionally have trouble getting access or don't understand how to use certain features. I also wish some features were available on the sharable links; for example, I can sort by "Modified," but if I share a link to a folder, the recipient is not able to do that. Small, but it makes things easier sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As stated previously, there are occasional problems with gaining access if someone doesn't have an account. It can also be a little slow to sync to my File Explorer sometimes, but overall those problems have been very minimal. The benefits of integration and sharability are great with this. It's nice to have a collective space to share things rather than emailing or downloading back and forth.
Excellent cloud storage
What do you like best about the product?
Drop box is mobile friendly so you can get your files anywhere. They have an easy way to organize your files and share between staff and others. You can also link it with Microsoft all the files can be accessed via email and the dropbox site isnt needed. I can add staff and share files with the click of a button. Staff can download the files so they do not need to keep to help with storage limit. If i am signed in on Microsoft on any computer I have all my dropbox documents at my fingertips.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not alot of storage for the basic plan. need to upgrade fast which is not good when it comes to bottom line. There are other cloud services that offer more storage for free,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing documents with staff. Being able to organize in folders. Being able to access files on my mobile device. Being able to open and download if needed for even easier access. Sharing documents with other dropbox users. Also with being a Microsoft user I have access to all my dropbox folders in my computer folder. I do not need to be on dropbox site to get files, they can be uploaded to email etc just by click the file open tab.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you check how much storage you need. There are other services that give more storage then dropbox does. It is a good use to share documents through one workplace.
Dropbox is a must
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is the best tool to save files online, share them, sync them, and collaborate with others.
Dropbox is one of the programs I install and setup on all my machines and it is one of the ones I have to pay for every single month.
There is no way around it. there is non that has all the things and integrations with the system that dropbox does.
The price is fair and the service is awesome
I wouldn't know how their support is, I don't even know if they have support, I have never ever needed it so far and I have been using it for years.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I guess would be that I would love to have way more space for the price I am paying. but that is just me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having the documents online in all my devices, synched, ready to be used, shared, emailed, no more looking for things I need.
With the app I can even scan documents with the camera and store them straight to the folder I need and find it on my computer in a matter of seconds.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Install it, just make sure to NOT delete from the synched folders things you need because it is removed from all your devices. Also you can decide what to synch to prevent your drive to be filled up
The second best file storage and sharing site
What do you like best about the product?
Share and store files with ease and piece of mind. Dropbox has established itself as one of the top contenders in the file sharing world. Love that you can recall a file after x days of it being deleted. Love that they use file versioning.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still lacking premium features such as face recognition, object recognition and AI digital recognition. Does not support private security keys. In addition, in doesn't come with a suite of supported file management apps such as the google workspace with drive combo.
The pro edition lacks robust auditing and reporting. Their file versioning could see some improvement.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Dropbox to quickly share content between multiple peers.
I find it's interface intuitive, ease to use and secure. I enjoy using their mobile application just as much as the Mac sync tool.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Figure out what you need out of a file sharing system. Do your research. Once done, Dropbox should be on your top 3 solutions.
