2021 DropBox Business Review
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I am able to choose who can view different folders and files as well as keep my private documents separate. I also like that on the web version I am able to view, restore, and save a document that I may have accidentally saved over. I also like that aside from having a business Dropbox account, I can enjoy a personal Dropbox account to again, keep personal and professional files separate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that if I do not download the Dropbox app I have to use the web version. The features and format of the Microsoft products are very similar but the "split page" or run on pages and a few other features I have not yet grown comfortable with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
That even if I have access, I am not able to share a folder with others unless I am the admin. Additionally, those who can only do not have the option to save documents where other team members can view.

Dropbox, an app that stores your files securely
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Dropbox is file security. I am able to send large files to anyone and will not have to worry about unauthorized access because it is safely stored in the Cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was nothing that I did not like about Dropbox. It is simple, like me. Dropbox is a straightforward application, however, it needs to improve on giving data as to when the file was created so it can give users tips on how old the file is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solved the issues of sending large files. I tried to send large files before using my email; it took so long, and sometimes the email would no longer respond. With Dropbox, I can get the files in just a few minutes. The team can also collaborate with the projects, share files and presentations in a short span of time.
Great Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
A great tool to organize your photos or documents by creating folders per topic!
What do you dislike about the product?
You are only allowed so much space then must pay for bigger space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having my photos organized by category and not being lost and still there from many years of photo taking.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Check it out for free and try it, and you will see an easy way to set up your pictures or documents
Not up to Snuff
What do you like best about the product?
Before the start of Google Drive, Dropbox was a fabulous online document space that allowed for easy file sharing. Clients of mine were able to upload their own documents for approval with ease and very little instruction. Very user-friendly platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Through the years, Dropbox has NOT been able to keep up with its competition at all. There minimum free space is not enough for the average user today as many media and document files have vastly increased over time meaning that the free space is taken up quickly. Your option at that point is then to pay for more space and the pricing scale is ridiculous! for the 2GB upgrade they charge $29.99/month which is at least 4 times more than other cloud storage spaces. Clunky interface - not worth the money!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Once upon a time, I used Dropbox for my clients. They were able to upload their invoicing and financial reports for approval and further action. Clients were very happy with this platform as they found it easy to use and not cumbersome.
Dropbox Review
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that I have the ability to upload photos in a very high quality fashion. I can increase space at any time for 11.99 per month through my Google subscription and Dropbox makes it very easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
In contrast, I also don't love that I have to buy more space if I need over a certain number of gigabytes. It's not always economical to spend almost $12 per month on a platform simply used to upload and share photos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that we are solving with Dropbox, is the ability to be able to share photos and a high quality of manner. While still maintaining a sense of unity with individuals who have access to Dropbox and have access to the album.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think Dropbox should consider expanding the amount of gigabytes you can get with the free plan. I understand that every company is a business and they need to make money, but when you're starting out as a small company it's nice to have access to something without having to worry about how much it costs. Even if it's just by 1GB, that would be helpful.
Dropbox is a great for file storage and sharing
What do you like best about the product?
It is an easy way to store files and documents. Files stored can be accessed from anywhere, as can be related to cloud software. Files can be shared with multiple people at once. The file can be kept in dropbox by drag and drop files
What do you dislike about the product?
If two people work on the same file in dropbox, a conflicted file is made. This is the only thing I dislike about dropbox
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unnecessary emailing the files and details is avoided as the files are available with all the person's to whom the links are there. Also, if any updation is made, it is automatically updated.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Dropbox is just essential business software. The thing I love most is that this is software that lives on our computer, as opposed to only in the cloud. When I drop something into my folder, it will be available to all others on our team.
Great Option For Sharing Photos and Documents
What do you like best about the product?
its easy to share photos and documents. Additionally, it allows you to keep photos in separate folders to find easily. Easy to coordinate between employees, especially for a small business.
What do you dislike about the product?
it seems as though it needs to be updated frequently, seems a bit expensive. Also, seems to be challenging to drag and drop files. Would be helpful to have separate folders for work and personal use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
can be a problem/confusing for people who don't use dropbox. great option for sharing with remote employees, but everyone needs to learn how to use dropbox.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
go through tutorials on how to separate and share folders
The New Updates Are Exactly What It Needed
What do you like best about the product?
I like the version history function for files. It's a lifesaver when you accidentally overwrite an existing file.
Additionally, I am pleased with the recent update, which helps me see all my files in a tree.
In my opinion, Dropbox is an affordable cloud storage solution. I use it every day with my marketing team.
Sharing files and folders is helpful with the linking option. Plus, you now have permission options that add a layer of security to your documents.
I highly recommend this product to anyone who needs to access essential files on the go. Perfect for marketing and sales integration.

There isn't much to dislike about this product. It's instrumental in our marketing department. If you don't have Dropbox by now, you're missing out.

Easy to use file syncing
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to install and log in on a new computer. When I set up a new machine, I can quickly have access to all of my important files.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the new interface that has been around for a year or so. Previously, you would just have a Dropbox folder and there would be a menu item to access this, but now it has a custom interface for viewing files which isn't very good in my opinion. You can still access the folder the traditional way though, so that is good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can quickly sync files between computers and have access to important documents across all of my devices. I am no longer emailing files to myself as much.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a very easy to use file sync tool. It works across all devices and operating systems.
Your storage treasure in the cloud
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has been my favorite free cloud storage service primarily because of how easy it is to use. I can simply drag the files into my Dropbox folder to have the files uploaded to my account immediately. I can also share entire folders with those who don't have Dropbox accounts.
Unlike similar online storage services, Dropbox can limit how much bandwidth it uses when uploading or downloading files using desktop software. This is very helpful if you use Dropbox frequently and don't want your network to slow down.

Shared folders are disabled for one day if traffic exceeds 20GB on any given day.
Dropbox offers 2GB of free online storage with many ways to get more. View and upload files on various devices and share entire folders with anyone.
