One of the best cloud storage solution for individuals and millennials.
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has few things which makes it different from others.
1. The interface looks clean and simple.
2. You will get 2 GB free storage at first available to extend at considerable price.
3. I personally never had any problem using it.
4. You can share folders with anyone on or off the dropbox.
5. Apps supports all the major platform.

What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox need to work on some things like:
1. Size of the app, optimization is required.
2. Windows app gets loaded by itself and sync gets started automatic, it bothers when you are on a limited network.
3. Login sometime takes time.
4. It doesn’t has student discount.
5. Should allow people to merge their space together.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox helps me store and access data across the devices from anywhere around the world. Most of the time I work on my laptop so the data gets synced and whenever I need to access it somewhere else, it’s available. Apart from that, I keep all my personal data on dropbox because its clean interface helps me search the files easily, indexing is great.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Dropbox is such a great app for users like students, teachers, researchers, engineers. Its has all the tools that you need and the good thing is that it gives you 2 GB of free space for life that you can extend according to your choice and plans. Go for it.

Usable and Helpful Storage File
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox I like best,It's has a good storage of files and sav files on my device. The folders can send large attachment and anytime I will open it again. The files can upload and transfer with anyone without using the flash drive. The best and very much useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful of dropbox it is loading transferring the large files and creat another folder to load it easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In loading the large files it's has a lower files so that I can load it. I realized that dropbox can make my file safe and save as I used it again and again

I have using dropbox for many years from now and it's help me a lot to make files save and lots of reviews in using it.
The advice I can say use the Dropbox as the file save. I let my friends encourage to use dropbox as many files can save it and anytime I can transfer it to anyone. As I look back my previous file my files are remain viewed

Dropbox is secure, easy and fast. It's for everyone. Definitely an amazing cloud storage platform.
What do you like best about the product?
With Dropbox, I feel my data and files are secure. It makes file sharing with everyone so easily. The product is so easy to use and I would say it is one of the most user-friendly cloud storage platforms one can think about. One of the best things about it is sharing large files. Many products I have used earlier have shown lag and issues while sharing large files. But Dropbox is smooth, always. The mobile app makes the work easier. It's an asset.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's an amazing product and I really have to think a lot about the negative points of this product. What I believe is the pricing model they have adopted is something that is not affordable in every country. They should offer more space in the free version. I don't if it's technically feasible but if there could be an option to directly move files from Google Drive to Dropbox, it would have been awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cloud storage of important files. Sharing documents with clients with managed access. Dropbox is also being used for collaboration within the team over any document.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely recommend using their Desktop & Mobile devices which makes the syncing very easy. It's quite a fast and time-saving way to upload files. If you have any questions about the product you can start from their free plan and then later can upgrade as per your requirement. Also, before opting for any plan it's advisable to contact sales for any discount or something.
I Can't Live Without It
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is a flexible, accessible cloud storage vault that I have come to rely on as my virtual hard drive. I don't keep anything on my computers/phone/laptop anymore. Everything is on Dropbox because I can get data from anywhere it integrates beautifully into my mac operating systems. It's secure, and it can read any file that I upload for the most part.
What do you dislike about the product?
There used to be a dropbox icon on the Finder that would allow me to copy a file link and add it to a document. This changed, and I'm not entirely sure of what I have to do instead, but I miss the simplicity of what it used to do. To send a link, I have to go to Dropbox on the web and copy it from there. Also, I wish that I could call support instead of having to create a support ticket.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Oh my goodness, where do I start?! So many problems solved. The biggest one is the problem of needing access to files traveling or on my phone and using Dropbox to do this at the touch of a button. It's SO easy!! The ordering system is excellent, and so is the search function. I can always find everything I need.
Best Cloud Collaboration Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is free and easy to use. Its interface is pretty straightforward, and it has a sidebar on the left where you can see a condensed list of all your folders. On the right side, you can see the list of all the possible tools you can use such as uploading or creating files and folders and shared folders. You get up to 2GB of space that can later be upgraded at affordable prices. Dropbox allows you to view your files and folders in an organized manner and lets you sort them by name and date of modification. If you have a lot of files uploaded, there exists a search feature to help you locate your file if you're unable to find it on your own. Files and folders that you upload can be easily shared with any user by inviting them via email to download or sharing the specialized URL yourself. Multiple files or folders that are downloaded via Dropbox are all automatically compressed into a .zip file that is portable and can be extracted on any device.

There's nothing about Dropbox that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Dropbox every day for sharing files with my team and the rest of my staff for projects and any task that requires us to work together. While the video conferencing software we use does allow us to share files, Dropbox is far more streamlined because files, once uploaded, are easily accessible at any time. Furthermore, files are more organized and can be downloaded or uploaded in bulk to save time. Compared to the old times of having to attach files to emails, Dropbox is considerably faster and easier for both the sender and receiver. One of the biggest benefits of Dropbox is that it can be used on web browsers, mobiles, and computers. This allows you to move files between your computer and phone easily, and vice versa. Dropbox has an excellent way of syncing your devices. If you upload a file to your Dropbox storage from your phone, you can easily open it on your computer if your Dropbox software is running without even touching your computer by controlling it from your phone.
Dropbox offers an excellent feature called Dropbox Paper that works as collaborate editing service. You can use this to create documents, presentations, meeting notes, manage tasks, reports, brainstorm ideas,and more. Dropbox Paper comes with a lot of default templates for every purpose that it can be used for that you can take an advantage of. Dropbox Paper allows simultaneous editing of these documents that you can work on by inviting your team members.

I like the simple way Dropbox uploads and downloads my files.

It was the first platform that could be defined as "cloud" (but which existed when the cloud was not so famous yet).
When the apps for smartphones finally arrived, Dropbox became the best way to share files between the Desktop and the Mobile.
Even the desktop functions that synchronize files between Desktop and DropBox, even if they take up space on the Disk, make the use of resources very fast and synchronize in the background without the need for operator intervention, fantastic!

I have had a few problems with getting a free trial of Dropbox. This feature could use some improvements as I think it is very important to have a free trial.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is an excellent software that can be used for both storage and cloud collaboration. You can upload files to the platform and create folders to organize them. Dropbox offers the highest level of security for your files and only you can view them unless you authorize access to anyone else. By default, all uploads are private but you are given the option to share downloadable URLs for your files to anyone manually or allow them to view them by inviting them through their email address. This opens up several means of collaboration and file sharing. Not only does Dropbox act as a medium for sending files to other people, but you can also use it to move files from one device from another. This is made possible as Dropbox and your Dropbox account can be used across any device. Dropbox is also completely free to use while offering you up to 2GB of storage, but this limit can be raised up to 1TB from upgrading your Dropbox account at a very affordable cost. For collaborating on docs and creating presentations, Dropbox is one of the best software available as you can work with other people on Dropbox Tools.

Unlike Google Drive, Dropbox doesn't contain a bin where deleted files within a certain timeframe can be restored.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox has been a very crucial tool in allowing me to work remotely during the pandemic. It is necessary for me to share and receive files from my colleagues on a frequent basis while we work and collaborate on projects. Dropbox allows us to accomplish this task as we're able to share files with one another easily by pasting the downloadable URL in the conference chat. Due to how stable the platform is and how uploads are made instantly, it's an excellent substitute for attaching files in emails which can fail due to unexplainable errors. The simplicity of the platform cannot be understated, and it is very intuitive. You can upload files by just dragging and dropping them, both on desktop and web browser, so that there's no waste of time in manually locating the file before uploading.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend Dropbox for remote work and for sharing files. It is a complete tool that can be used for both file storage and cloud collaboration, which are very essential for any individual or organization.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to put all of my information, files, photos, and work content into one safe place. I like that I can also add Dropbox to my phone for files. I most recently used Dropbox as a transcriptionist, where I would get files from doctors, transcribe them, and then send them back through Dropbox for the doctors. It was nice to have an app that could support such large files, as well as keep them secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not like that on occasion, a file would not wholly download in Dropbox or that Dropbox would sometimes go "down." Not having access to Dropbox could cause a huge problem when we had time-sensitive files that needed to be completed but could not be accessed. I wish that Dropbox also had a password feature that others within the same network could not access files. I was able to go into other folders within Dropbox and see other files for other people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems solved with Dropbox are time-saving by sending and receiving larger files in one place, security so that others did not have access to these files in Dropbox, and the accessibility of Dropbox.
Benefits of this were the ability to save and store photos for a long time, not having to worry about cloud-based information not syncing, or computers crashing with essential files, pictures or data.

Dropbox, is great to use and it comes pre-install in some Windows and Mac computers which is great!

How it has auto-sync for my pictures and videos. How I can select what folders or files I want to auto-save and auto-sync.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is quite expensive, but the services are really great so, I can see why. They do give you about 10GB of free storage, I believe. If they can make a student or those that just bee about 100GB affordable that would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The only thing is their customer service has to be a bit quicker and more knowledgeable. The last time I send an email they took too long to my reply and then just send me some f&q response on the email, which was disappointing.
