Very Intuitive & User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use. Self explanatory and the design is intuitive, nothing is difficult to figure out. I can collaborate with my external clients and it helps me share different kinds of files very easily. Sharing & collaborating is just one click away. The Mobile app is also easy to understand and use. The paid plan starts at about $10 and seems very reasonable with the amount of storage you are getting.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no cons. I have been using dropbox for professional reasons and personal. It has been very up to the mark.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped me seamlessly collaborate with my clients as well as internal colleagues. Taking Backups of my files. Organising data is also simpler.

File sharing easy for B2B
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox business makes it easy to file share with supplies who are not in the same city as you. We deal with suppliers who need big art files and you cannot send that through email, so we create a shared folder on dropbox and give them access to the files. We also use dropbox with our bookkeeper so he doesnt need to come into the office all the time
What do you dislike about the product?
There has been nothing i dislike about dropbox. It works great for our business. Easy file sharing with other people outside our organization. Nothing to dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
File sharing large files with suppliers in different cities. File sharing with other companies when the file sizes are too large to send through email or not using outside links
Dropbox makes it easy to share files with your colleagues!
What do you like best about the product?
The main feature that DropBox does well is automatically back up users files. This feature works seamlessly across their web interface, mobile apps, and web app. Better yet, you don't online for it to work. Users can keep editing files while offline and as soon as there is a WiFi connection again, the file syncs with DropBox. There are also plenty of other software that can be integrated with DropBox. With the DropBox application running in the background of my computer, each morning when I start up my laptop, a sync occurs and all the latest files that my colleagues have uploaded or edited are synced with my local Dropbox folder. This keeps me up to date and offers me a quick and easy way to access any files necessary for my days work. This almost realtime collaboration rivals that of Google Docs or Microsoft Sharepoint. I have previously used Microsoft Sharepoint and found Dropbox to be a more robust service that is just as intuitive. Dropbox also offers the same amount of features as Microsoft Sharepoint.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be some concern about security but I have not come across any issues. DropBox is free for the first 2GB or so but after that the price jumps to around $10/month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DropBox helps my company quickly share files that we need to keep our business going.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
DropBox is great for folder syncing and file sharing!
Dropbox: The best solution for file storage
What do you like best about the product?
I felt that the integration with some of my apps like my scheduling app, and also my google files and also videos for my YouTube business. It helps to keep backups so that if I need to access my resources, it's there.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limited file space for the beginner account. I wish there was more for starters. It does have 2 gb of files for starters, but I wish there was more like 20gb or 30gb. I know that sounds like a bit of a stretch, but it would be amazing to have it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None. It has worked well for me.There have been times, that I was not able to recover files, but I had backups of them. Some of the files I put in the dropbox have been able to work such as the exe files, and mp3 files. I was able to fit them all in.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is great if you are looking for 2gb of space for large documents or program files.
Great Online Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has been around for several years and has always been a go-to tool for online sharing of documents and more. It was one of the first apps to work with an iPhone, so I've always loved it for the integration and what it does,
What do you dislike about the product?
Although they started off free, they have grown to have enterprise clients and the pricing isn't bad for a user that will use it for 10 dollars a month. It works great with phones, tablets, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing online is a big problem for many personal and business users alike. I use it to store drafts of work, images, and calendars to make sure I can share what I need at a moment's notice. Safe storage and easy sharing is a huge benefit for me.
Gets The Job Done
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has so many features that I like, but if I had to narrow down my reasons and choose what I like best, I think it would be the clean interface that of Dropbox. the color scheme is appealing and the menu options are all located in convenient places. Dropbox functions exactly as intended and is not buggy at all. The iOS app and Windows desktop app work very well together in keeping my files in sync.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I like least about Dropbox are the package choices. I think a 1TB personal option at a cheaper price would be a good way to make a great product even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox has enabled me to always have the most current version of my of my files available to me no matter where i am.
Great document collaboration software
What do you like best about the product?
Document sharing made easy, enterprise features like paper work well, Adhoc folder for customers is a great secure way to share contents from external environments to internal systems. Do you have APIs to connect to other systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
No co-editing feature. Admin UI is too simple. API references can be cryptic and need some training for better integration with systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The company requires documents to be shared with external users securely. SharePoint was not working as it is prevented as internal only.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Check your use cases to see Dropbox is the right tool for your needs. Make sure you get a decent ROI.
With more space, this would be 10/10
What do you like best about the product?
It is incredibly easy to share documents with others, whether that be through the webpage or one of their apps or from a PC. I've never had someone say 'I couldn't access that file you sent me' - it just works. I love too that different devices can automatically access only certain folders automatically which means I can more easily keep work at work unless I really need to access it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Expensive to add anything more than just the basic data package (free), really that's the only 'con' I can think of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Work files at home. Home files on my phone. All available anywhere. Writing a proposal at the office and want a quote from that report I wrote last year? Tick. Want to share that report I wrote last year with the team? Tick. Want anything that's there? Easy - from PC, phone, tablet, and all easily.
Easiest to use cloud filing service
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use, much more so than it's competitors
What do you dislike about the product?
Not always easy to find files. Could use a better system to find files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Need to be able to access and share my files when I'm remote. This solves this problem easiest
Excellent for collaborating and sharing
What do you like best about the product?
SHaring, storing, and collaborating is very easy with Dropbox. One of the first major sharing services and still the best. I have used this service for many years and I will not use another service for collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limit on devices without paid upgrades can be a bit frustrating if you have more than 3 devices. The fax service for free could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox allows me to stay up to date with all of my files all of the time.
