A Powerful Integration Platform With Enterprise-Level Capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
We switched from Zapier to Workato about 2 years ago. It's been a fantastic upgrade for our client solutions. I like how it handles whatever we throw at it - from super simple data transfers to complex integrations where we've added custom code.
The platform gives us a ton of flexibility when connecting different systems together, which is crucial since each client has unique needs. After setup, integrations are rock solid - no more worrying about connections dropping or data getting lost. For our team building custom solutions across many industries, this reliability has been a huge win. We're currently supporting millions of transactions a year using the Workato platform.
Once understood, implementations are smooth and reliable. We've not needed to leverage customer support. The documentation is straightforward and robust.

What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing model can be challenging to navigate, particularly understanding how usage is calculated and billed. When planning for client projects, it's sometimes difficult to accurately forecast costs, which creates budgeting uncertainties. A more transparent approach to usage-based pricing or better estimation tools would be beneficial. The learning curve can also be steep for new team members, though the investment in learning the platform ultimately pays off in capabilities.

Workato solves our integration challenges by connecting various business systems seamlessly for our clients. Before Workato, we struggled with limited integration capabilities, unreliable connections, and scalability issues.

A Flexible and Scalable Solution for Seamless Automation
What do you like best about the product?
Workato is an incredibly flexible and scalable platform that allows us to build tailored automation solutions with ease. The user-friendly interface makes it simple to work with, even for complex workflows. Additionally, the support from our Customer Success Manager has been fantastic! Whether it's setting up workshops or helping us refine our processes, they've been instrumental in improving our ways of working.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform itself is excellent, for more advanced technical challenges, it can sometimes take a bit longer to get connected with the right resource through standard support channels. That said, once we do reach the right team, they are always helpful and knowledgeable.

Workato is helping us streamline and automate complex workflows, reducing manual work and increasing efficiency across our operations. Its flexibility allows us to integrate multiple systems seamlessly, enabling better data synchronization and process automation. This has significantly improved our ability to build tailored solutions that meet our business needs. Additionally, the platform’s scalability ensures that as our requirements evolve, we can continue to optimize and expand our automations without limitations.

This tool isn't for those without proper budgets

keep every business unit in it's own system of record, while the tool orchastrat the business process and sync data across multiple systems to make sure everyone is aligned.

Batch processing is causing more tasks and there are no perfect solution for async job limit exceeded in recipe function

AssistIQ was very helpful in getting to the bottoom of an issue

Levi from AsistIQ was very helpful and showed her knowledge by asking great questions and directing me to where I needed to go

The text for the "widgets" are not accurate or not tell the whole use of the "widget"

What do you like best about the product?
Workato simplifying complex Integrations. Documentation is very descriptive so won't stuck while developing recipe and sdk's other than that there are chat support to help out.
What do you dislike about the product?
I span of this one to two years Workato has increase pricing heard from other collegues and management that could block Workato expantion over other tool like Boomi and Mulesoft.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's automated many use cases with our inhouse product that ideally take much efforts and workforce to process mannually.
