Hightouch : Super data activation Platform
What do you like best about the product?
- Easy to use and integrate with other platforms like moengage and rudderstack
- Host of platform functionalities
- Ease of writing sql queries for sync with internal company tools

- less avenues for analysing results and data to improve performance

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hightouch is helping to run pricing campaigns for different sets of users on the platform like new users, repeat users and Dormant users. It helps to schedule comms to multiple set of users and analyse the performance.

Great tool!
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface and chat support are the best features. Aside from that , the tool has been instrumental in getting all our data syncing correctly to our CRM tooling. This in turn has allowed us to drive more personalised and impactful comms to our customers and prospects. But perhaps about it all is that we are no longer reliant on engineering to get simple bits of data syncing to our tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The error messages when syncs fail are sometimes not helpful and could be improved. Whilst support is great, it would be even better if there was coverage in EMEA.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to sync large amounts of data without the need for engineering. We've been able to get more meaningful data syncing into our CRM and marketing automation tools.

What do you like best about the product?
We love the low-code, point and click functionality to get things set up. The UI is simple and clean, but provides all of the relevant factor/changes that we'd want to take.

There's very little to dislike about HighTouch outside of the escalating product costs that have really skyrocketed recently.

The fact that I can send data from our internal data warehouse into hightough then into braze the toold i use for marketing purposes.

Nothing I dislike. It meets the requirements i need from it.

What do you like best about the product?
Hightouch is a reliable tool that exactly meets the needs we've selected it for. We have a solid understanding of how our Hightouch syncs are functioning and when we have issues, the support team is very responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were easier to understand when data Hightouch relies on is affected by changes. Right now we use a third-party tool to accomplish this and it's not the most effective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hightouch to sync calculated fields back out to other system tools. We also are huge fans of the audience feature which has enabled us to successfully align personas across tools.
No worries to sync your data
What do you like best about the product?
We are a startup that uses high-end third-party services, and Hightouch has made it easy for us to sync information between those services in an automated and easy way. These allow us to work on our Business Intelligence.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if we could upload SSL certificates when creating a connection to MySQL. IP Restrictions are significant, but sometimes we have servers that require SSL.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to combine information from different data sources to generate Business Intelligence reports, preferably automated. Thanks to Hightouch, we don't have to worry about this problem.
Excellent data sync and reverse ETL platform
What do you like best about the product?
Very functional, robust, lots of connectors, UI is intuitive and fun to use

Admin version is not quite as differentiated as I would prefer, maybe that is a positive, but for me
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reverse ETL, moving data from our snowflake data warehouse to other applications (zendesk, hubspot, etc) with as little code as possible and easy set up and orchestration

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and how well you can organize all of your SQL queries!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there more options in terms of conditional triggers in the slack / google sheet integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My stakeholders internally use google sheets and aren't very strong in sql, therefore I help give them prepared datasets through hightouch.

Sync Airtable - Google Cloud Review
What do you like best about the product?
I used it to sync data between Airtable and Google Cloud, and it was straightforward and fast to set up. I just had to connect my sources and destinations, define my SQL model, and map my fields. Hightouch did the rest and kept my data fresh and accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
It needs some improvement to clarify what needs to be done and how to do it since it is a tool that aims to help people without much programming knowledge. So having more precise and more direct documentation would help a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hightouch helped me to sync the Airtable easily with the google cloud. With that, my database was constantly updated, and I could use it with various tools, such as Power BI. This optimized my time and facilitated the ETL process of my data.
