Easy Reverse ETL
What do you like best about the product?
It is better than coding and managing it, it frees data engineers
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing scales quickly, making you still develop you own reverse etl code for some destinations

Hightouch is a free, easy-to-use and robust ETL tool
What do you like best about the product?
Hightouch does not charge you for the services it provides and those services are far-and-beyond robust and easy to understand at a glance.
Compared to Airbyte there are far fewer bugs in the pipeline and Airbyte allows only a maximum of 2 weeks of free use for a new account to test it out.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I found is that the Airflow API does not support calling sequences. If that is remedied, then the app would be beyond reproach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently the Hightouch team has told me that it is solving the Airflow API to support calling Hightouch sequences in addition to the base syncs.
Makes putting data into our CRM easy
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is friendly and easy to understand. I like being able to see a list of all my syncs and an overview of their properties/settings. And I really like being able to easily run a sync manually even if that sync is set on a schedule.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is on me -- I don't fully understand some of the warnings and errors that occur. There was one recurring warning on one of my syncs that I couldn't understand, and I think I fixed it (unintentionally) by changing the setting on "what do you want to do with records leaving the source." It would have been extra-helpful if the warning message had prompted me that this might be the fix!

Hightouch allows us to put current product data from our data warehouse into our CRM. This means that I have to do less manual reporting for my colleagues in Sales.

Easy integrations with data warehouses like BigQuery and intuitive UI to naviate.
The ability to preview the migration changes before they are made is a huge plus.

I had a problem creating a sync, but the Hightouch team quickly resolved the problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us fix data inconsistencies in our production data as well as helping us create alerts to find these data inconsistencies.

Forward thinking reverse ETL
What do you like best about the product?
Setting up Hightouch and linking it to our Snowflake and dbt models was a breeze! That coupled with their amazing support team means I can't recommend enough.
What do you dislike about the product?
A couple of early bugs but honestly nothing that hasn't been fixed and with very quick responses from their support team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hightouch is our platform of choice for sending events from our production data warehouse to our product analytics tool. It enables us to explore user experience and user journies in far greater depth than simply front end events.

Hightouch has been an efficient and intuitive reverse ETL tool for our various use cases
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Hightouch is intuitive to use and easy to set up. Their integration list has anticipated our needs fully, and customer service has been top notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Few complaints come to mind, the only thing we're running into is not being able to use hourly syncs without paying for the highest tier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hightouch to link our database to marketing platforms, set up easy-to-use slack alerts, and even send data back into our own ecosystem.
Perfect integration with Airtable
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that we can integrate Metabase with airtable thanks to hightouch

The problemes with the doubles sometimes.

It help us resolve instant data gathering problems. The main issue was with Metabase

Great abstraction over what would usually be large amount of engineering hours. Of course, engineering expertise still needed, but what would require days can often be done in minutes or hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some integrations are better than others. Unsure if this is on hightouch's end or the providers' end but some services are easier to integrate with than others.

Problems Hightouch is sovling:

The Only Reverse ETL Service I Trust!
What do you like best about the product?
Where do I start?! When we began to look for a Reverse ETL services we looked at Census and even considered building our own solutions. We love the fact that we can sync our client's data to the CRM. There are so many Saas tools available making integration a breeze. We love the human level of support that they provided us with. We were typically are in touch with an individual or team directly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been really impressed with Hightouch, but with any software there is room for improvement. I want to see more connectors which I have emailed them about. My major complaint is the price jump from the free version to the starter version which is why we no longer use them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped our agency send data directly to our marketers with no use of scripts or APIs. They support all 10 connectors we use. It simply uses SQL which helps our company get things done 10x faster.
