Segment Beware
What do you like best about the product?
The sales engineering/solution architect team are helpful and responsive!
What do you dislike about the product?
The relationship between Models and Audiences is not very intuitive for non-technical users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1) Reverse ETL sales leads into Salesforce to generate revenue 2) Customer segment+audience segmentation (specifically data governance)

Great connector of Snowflake to Google Sheets
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy and intuitiveto connect and automate/schedule Snowflake queries to export results to google sheets. Love that you can now import more than 25k rows of data and that it's easy to toggle between syncs and models
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be nice to have exports to excel more built out, and to be able to modify models/syncs from within a g-sheet, instead of having to go to the hightouch website
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hightouch makes it easy to get customer data from our warehouse into g-sheets to be actioned and modified there. No waiting for reports to load, you just open the g-sheet and fresh data is already there.
Best, and fastest Snowflake to Gsheet/CSV system
What do you like best about the product?
The ease with which I can create syncs from models in Snowflake and export them to my GSuite applications is even easier that Google's built-in connectors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hughtouch's email CSV functionality could be more user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Syncing between Snowflake and GSuite applications.
Hightouch Review
What do you like best about the product?
How easy the UI is to use, how available customer support is via Slack, the ability to create sequences and schedules to easily automate the workflow, and all the plugins (Fivetran etc.)
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest there isn't anything I really dislike about Hightouch at the moment. The only thing I would like to see in the future is the ability to "copy and paste" field mappings from one sync to another.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hightouch is used at my firm to pipe data from our data warehouse in Snowflake to our Sales CRM (Salesforce). We are able to get key datapoints into the CRM that we hadnt been able to in the past.

The ease of Use UI and the readily avilable support integration through slack. Also love how many integrations they have

None in particular. One are to improve - the how to documentation

It saves time for us when we need to send back the data to our backend team. Reduces our engineering efforts in setting up that internally and makes our life easier

I like that it's a simple interface and has so many connections and integrations.

Nothing I can think of so far. The resource docs seem also helpful.

People on chat don't have enough technical knowledge, so help can be slow

Automating manual tasks we completed in Salesforce. Now HT does it all

What do you like best about the product?
Hightouch is a very easy to use tool, UI powered and user friendly. No code required to migrate data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not find any specific negative remarks so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reverse ETL was a challenging task for our organization. We were able to accomplish reverse ETL from our Snowflake database to Saleforce environment without any glitches.
High Touch, High Tech
What do you like best about the product?
I love my ability to be able to automate repetitive tasks using Hightouch. It has saved me from working weekends, and it is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be able to link Hightouch to existing queries or be able to manipulate the output of the data via filters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me automate weekly emails I send out, which saves me an hour/day organizing.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to connect models and destinations to each other. The amount of destinations is also extremely helpful in terms of how many different places you can send and port data into.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are random bugs within hightouch, like for example we have run into an issue where newly created DBT models are not readily available in hightouch and had to have worked with CX engineers to resolve this
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending data into the different SaaS applications we currently use so that we can use our data wharehouse as a CDP instead of buying a very expensive end to end solution
