What do you like best about the product?
I love the multiple integrations that are possible within the system due to the open API's and collaboration with a vast array of 3rd party vendors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Development uses some pretty heavy lifting when it comes to workflow creations and associations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're capturing how often we touch our clients so we can gauge the fee against the amount of work put in for that client

What do you like best about the product?
The automation and flexibility of the platform it provides. We have been able to implement and change our processes as our business evolved. It has helped our business to get more sophisticated without hiring more staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
The portal for our customer is not easy to configure but I know bpm'online is going to release a new version of their portals which will allow us to configure it as we wish using the same flexibility/capabilities as what the back-end interface currently offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transparency of information. It was a struggle to find out where we were at within the business but now we have Dashboard with all our KPIs. We are not spending days on creating reporting in spreadsheet anymore, it makes my life much easier. The other problem it tackled was reminders. For each process, we know where we are at and it is not up to someone to remember anything. Anyone can take over from anyone else as long as they have the necessary skills of course (but all information and processes are up-to-date).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I believe it is a product which would allow any companies to grow with it. Whether you are a small or large company, and whether you are within a specific industry with special requirement, bpm'online is so flexible that it will cater for everyone requirements.

What do you like best about the product?
Integration between the different modules is very well executed and available at your fingertips (Literally!). Not many systems out there can automatically aggregate and give true visibility to everything from Lead to Support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Knowledge-base functionality needs to be updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility across multiple departments. Sales having full exposure to Projects & Support and vise versa. Onboarding can plan resources according to what's coming down from sales having visibility to the sales pipeline. Another major benefit is bpm Dashboards. They do a great job of visualizing large amounts of data into simple visuals and they are extremely intuitive and easy to create.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you allow time for user training.

Some bugs after system updates not found in testing, usually fixed very quickly.

Being able to automate almost any task greatly reduces work load and has simplified drawn out processes

What do you like best about the product?
It's quite easy to set up and use the product. We love the possibility to obtain a complete view of our customers, segment them and group for tailored mass mails and campaigns. Personalized email marketing helps us to increase click stats and generate more leads. Also, I like split testing possibility as it allows to be more creative with email content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we have delays with response stats calculation, but I can't say that it's a crucial disadvantage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use bpm'online Marketing platform. We changed our marketing approach this year and decided to work more actively in outbound direction. While setting up marketing sections in bpm'online we also worked with the team on finalizing our internal strategy so it took us a little bit more time to set up the system than expected.

What do you like best about the product?
System is very logical and it is very easy to get used to all functions.
With out-of-the box functionality, you can cover all the aspects of your business need. But what is the best – even if you need to adjust something, this process is quite easy on custom’s level.
More advanced customization for sure requires time, and for some purposes programing skills but the majority can be adjusted very easy.
The other very important issue is that during all the implementation process and further usage period you always have access to support team, free instructions and tutorials and your personal manager. All these factors help improve our usage of the system to achieve the best results.
What do you dislike about the product?
As system covers many business use-cases, some of the features are not relevant for our business so we had to spend some time to understand what is unneeded for us right now and we can switch this off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All our sales routine becomes more structured now and after some time of usage, we started to spend less time and efforts for creating your client profile with all the history of interaction. More over now system creates all the needed reports instead of us.

Powerful CRM - superb when you need automations

What do you like best about the product?
Many solid CRM exists in the market, but very few allow for business process automation. As an example, in our most recent project, we have to build a CRM solution for an Investment Management organization. They can now find in their CRM the information that was gathered into multiple administration systems, which improves the productivity of the users. More importantly, we built a number of notifications for the Financial Planners when certain "life events" take place. They can now have a proactive approach to customer service. The business processes are easy to update as the client needs evolve.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is steep. The system can do almost anything. Special consideration must be given at the design phase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main purpose of the project was to centralize customer data in one location, provide productivity tools to users and generate leads based on specific client behaviours.

What do you like best about the product?
The same task can be performed in different ways in the system so each user can find his convenient way while everyone else gets the needed structured result in a system. The other thing is that bpm’online has a good variety of applications that can be additionally installed into a system and make the usage process easier/nicer.
Additionally I’d like to mark that for those users who spend a lot of time at clients offices / meetings/ out of the office the process of putting information into a system becomes much easier with the use of mobile app. This app helps to keep abreast whenever you are and update your colleagues almost immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
To make everything work you need to follow the certain logic. So if you are not used to work logically, this can be a challenge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
System helps us to organize our workflow and all the time be aware what is going on with our data base, orders etc. Certain list of tasks now can be performed much faster and more correct for further management analysis.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
choose the correct CRM coordinator from your side. System can be perfect, but if a wrong person drives changes, you may face in result with many difficulties.

What do you like best about the product?
Even though the tool has standard settings, everything (or almost everything) can be configured to fit precise needs. This goes from simple fields on a page, the modeling and management of processes, or the dynamic reporting dashboards. The configuration goes far and beyond what one could expect from such a solution, without requiring technical knowledge. You don't have to fit your mode functioning to the solution, you fit the solution to your mode of functioning.

Additionally, the different levels of process management allow to really manage the flow of actions and information in the company for all the organization. It proposes scenariis for marketing campaign, simple dynamic case management as well as BPMN, useful for all cases you might need to modelize.

We especially appreciated working with their consultant. At any problem we encountered, our main contact would go out of his way to help us out, often through direct calls and screen sharing as to ensure everything would work as we wished for. The presence and dedication is highly appreciable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lacking a deeper connection with social media, which is honestly the only thing missing. Fortunately often compensated by great add-ons created by partners, but fundamentals in the tool would be nice.

Another point is that the tool is very user friendly and easy to comprehend, but if you want to go further into admin actions or process definition it does require specific knowledge about the structure and parameters of the platform (nothing impossible nor illogical though, and as mentioned before, they're always ready to help).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been especially useful for the coordination between marketing and sales team as what regards lead nurturing and transfer. The process and responsibilities are now clearly defined and feedback from one side or the other ensured, which has helped with clarifying exactly what needed to change in our operating mode.
