What do you like best about the product?
Sales, Marketing and Service functionalities are available on the same platform and similar UI.
Modules, Forms and Fields can be easily customized.
Powerful visual process designer which enable us to automate our workflows, approvals and notifications.
Easy to use with intuitive interface; flexible searching and dashboards.
Fully cloud based system and can be accessed from anywhere, 24x7.
Lower and transparent pricing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs more connectors to popular applications and social media.
Needs capability for designing complex reports by analysts and admins without development.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead capture from multiple channels such as website, email, file import.
Lead status tracking and send automatic notifications on status change.
Quotation generation using templates.
Sales pipeline tracking and sales performance reporting.
Account management and customer visits management.

Great tool to merge different needs in one platform

What do you like best about the product?
System has a powerful out of the box functionality and predefined business processes. Some of them are very general and there is a need to customize them to our specific business needs, but a great thing here that system has advanced set of tools like system wizard that helps me to fine-tune even the most complex processes, organize correct workflow for different departments in our organization and make them work together.
Bpm’online provides very logical and user-friendly capabilities for changing business logic and functionality. Even employees who have no programming skills can successfully customize applications on their own.
Another thing that is definitely important that with each new version system gets easier tools for customization thus the functional part becomes more advanced.
What do you dislike about the product?
- After an update sometimes it’s hard to get used to new functions, some “old” settings really change their look so it takes some time to make needed alterations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The software allows us to organize correct our workflow, store all the relevant data in one place and provide an easy access to this information to each member of our team. This is very time-saving and effective and in this way we have structured information about our deals, customer profile and our business results in one place.
Thanks to bpm’online, transferring business needs into a system view within the shortest time is now a reality.

Very good and flexible tool supporting business

What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use and configure. Integration with the mail in a few seconds. Variety of our-of-the-box processes. Intuitive and ergonomic user interface. A modern look, very friendly in everyday use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if the information search was not only based on filters. It will be good to be able to do basic operations such as adding, adding, subtracting etc. in a more simple way than programming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The system is irreplaceable in everyday work for a sales team. All in one place with any tool. Good data quality translates into reliable reports and subsequent actions that can be done consciously for different customer groups. This allows focusing on selected priorities

Great customizable platform for CRM and BPM

What do you like best about the product?
The platform allow us to develop almost any business situation with highly custom forms and processes, almost codeless. The Dynamic Case Management remind us the importance for the processes to be focused on a journey, specially the customer journey that comes upfront for all the CRM out-of-the-box services provided. The connection between all objects give us a real 360º view of a customer or any other object we are working on. Finally, the capacity that I can provide to my customer for them to update and do minor changes without extensive training and risk.
What do you dislike about the product?
It didn't reach the 95% codeless, specially regarding the mobile app, but its getting there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving problems in areas so different as logistics, quality management, human resources and sales. The capacity to automate and dematerialize a process in a simple and quick manner allows almost anyone to produce quick changes on the processes, on data, on business rules. At the end we can get a fully customizable solution.

What do you like best about the product?
The support I get from BPM is amazing. I couldn't recommend BPM more. They are amazing and walked me through all aspects of the project. Very quick responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't anything I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BPM helps with standardizing work flows and processes.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer support manager is extremely helpful. The response time to queries is really good.
What do you dislike about the product?
The complexity in the academia access. Predefined entities are not classified. No mention of the class methods, attributes etc. Sample codes should provide what functionality they would help achieve.


Difficulty in getting developer sessions while developing is another sore point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to create HR services on an integrated studio bpm'online platform.

"Creatio offers an exceptionally user-friendly interface, making it accessible to users with various levels of technical expertise.
And it's seamless integration with a range of development standard languages as JScript and C#, significantly simplifies the integration of external tools."
What do you dislike about the product?
It could further enhance its no-code offerings and provide more debugging tools. These improvements would make Studio Creatio even more comprehensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creatio offers an exceptionally user-friendly interface, making it accessible to users with various levels of technical expertise.
And it's seamless integration with a range of development standard languages such as JS and C#, significantly simplifies the integration of external tools. We have a lot of lead sources so had to build multiple integrations. It was pretty easy for me as an experienced engineer.

What do you like best about the product?
Bpmonline is the best platform CRM, I love module Sales because it helpfull for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like bpm online android version, but its okey for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Bpmonline Sales. Amazing application, Low code and just drag and drop like a puzzle.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
BPM is a good choice because this is inexpensive CRM. Easy to use and make me happy.

What do you like best about the product?
Bpm’Online is a very complete and flexible platform with many possibilities for creating new and tailored business processes to fit the organization needs. It performs well and offers a very quick and efficient service and technical support.
The platform provides the ability to create tailored reports, quickly filter data and clearly consult the history and timeline of clients. For Case Management this feature has proven to be very effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Knowledge Base is a very static repository, and it doens’t allow the user to dig-into some subject or navigate it.
There is a need to use multiple screens (especially to use documents taken from the Knowledge Base) which is not very user friendly.
The chat app integration was not very good (many code adjustments needed).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If you’re looking for a Customer Support solution, the bpm’Online platform is a very efficient tool which allows management of specific roles and functions, monitoring and supervision.
If you know your processes well and have a struturred idea of waht you need to take out of the plaftorm, bpm’Online (with the help of the very supportive customer service) can deliver.

What do you like best about the product?
Lots of out of the box features, however if you need to very intuitive to set up. Lots of flexibility to easily configure and reconfigure. Very powerful analysis possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot. At times if you have complicated processes to set up it can seem challenging but the support team are always there to simplify and help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing our sales project and pipeline much better. We have a much better platform to share business information
Recommendations to others considering the product:
BPM is worth investigating. Its a very valid option.
