Creatio's easy user interface allows for quick and painless creation of reports and dashboards allowing for at a glance review and customer analysis.

Nothing, I find the current version useful, but it is always good to adapt to changes

Top of the line CRM without the expensive price tag
What do you like best about the product?
As a partner, I really enjoy working with a product that is so easy to learn/customize. Creatio as a company has been a great strategic partner and they listen to their partner network too (in addition to their customers) when it comes to product development.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first a few years ago, I wasn't a big fan of the Classic UI as it looked a bit outdated for the times but with the new Freedom UI Creatio looks and feels like a next gen CRM.

Creatio allows us as a partner to find, win and keep our customers by providing a complex but easy to use CRM.
It is a functional and moldable tool to the type of business need.
