What do you like best about the product?
Userfriendly interface, easy to find any contact, a lot of opportunities for customization and set for the real needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes difficult to integrate with other systems, work windows close after some time without activities without saving the info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
all the information about contacts or companies is in one place,so easy to understand the current relations, correspondence and deal professional. So you don't miss any info and you don't depend on one manger who had contacts with some companies.

Great tool for personalized marketing

What do you like best about the product?
Bpm’online provides great tools to work with the client’s data. We can segment our clients by any of the criteria creating different segments to promote certain messages.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s difficult to name any cons, as the system is being updated and improved all the time. Previously I was missing a marketing calendar to sync activities with my colleagues but this functionality has been added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With bpm’online CRM I can gather information about consumers and see how each of them is interacting with our product and content. It helps me to make relevant messages and find relevant channels to target the audience.

Great CRM for sales

What do you like best about the product?
With many features in one bpm’online pack, there is one that stands out most. In our case, we stress field sales function. Our sales reps are happy now with the possibility to build schedules and routs as they plan the day. Right from their tablets, they make product presentations and check items availability at stock. Besides, the system lets them end visits correctly – they can send customers’ orders right after the visit even if offline.
What do you dislike about the product?
Compared to the number of advantages we’ve got thanks to bpm, I think the disadvantages are too minor to mention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bpm’online has become a real catch for our sales reps. I would say it was a stone age of our company’s history, as we were not employing CRM on mobile. The system allowed us to carefully plan the time, work faster with a higher level of productivity. To be honest, we’ve gained a competitive edge with that magnificent soft. Thank developers.

CRM to reach out your target audience

What do you like best about the product?
We mainly employ bpm’online for our email and marketing campaigns. The system allows us to keep a complete clients’ history, track client’s behavior and create a message that hits the point in our relationships with each customer. It is also our main analytical tool to analyze bulk emails efficiency and conversion rates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, it’s hard to dislike something that makes your life easier, and there’re no serious drawbacks that I can mention. I think our next step would be synchronizing our marketing and sales activities with the help of bpm’online.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right from the start, our marketing team felt the difference between bpm’online and the previous app we were using. Now, along with proper tools to build the right type of communication with our loyal and new clients, we have instruments to analyze the results and bottlenecks of each business stage. Besides, we are confident to take targeted actions in order to achieve objectives of marketing campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
The functionality and the interface. I have everything I need to provide best in class service. The interface is nice and easy to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
It actually took some time to customize the system to our specific needs, but now when the system is already up and running, we have all the necessary features in place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using bpm’online to automate service processes, manage orders and service cases. It’s very convenient to work within one system and single interface. Before we were using 3 different programs to track the orders, to check products availability and manage cases and it was a real disaster.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I’d recommend bpm’online for service, I can’t say I’ve worked with many systems before and can make a deep comparison but as a user I am absolutely satisfied with bpm’online. And it wasn’t difficult to start using it, most of the steps you do are just intuitive.

Bpm'online for sales processes

What do you like best about the product?
I believe that nowadays, when design standards are so high, it is absolutely unacceptable not to pay attention to the “face” of your product. I was really impressed by bpm’online’s interface, it is neat and clean.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular so far. All issues are resolved quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have tested several systems before selecting bpm’online. And the final decisive criteria was the interface.
User adoption is always a real issue. Even when functionality is good and meets all your requirements the interface can be very difficult and uncomfortable to work in.
bpm’online’s interface is very intuitive and user friendly, which is very important when you work with the system every day. It is easy and nice to work with.

What do you like best about the product?
Processes in bpm’online CRM is a great benefit for our business. I know many cases when the deal was not closed successfully just because a sales rep did not provide necessary information on time or forgot to follow-up.
What do you dislike about the product?
That’s not the cheapest solution on the market, but it worth money. You get all necessary functionality to run the business and even more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am CMO and CRM system is my working tool number one. I’ve worked with different systems before, they were all good and helped me to achieve the goals. But working with bpm’online is a bit different. It’s more than just a CRM system. With bpm’online you do not just keep the contacts and basic information about clients, with the actions you did and will do next, but you move through a pre-defined process and on every stage you have tips what to do in order to close the deal.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely recommend working with the systems that have process management capabilities as that can help increase efficiency and productivity of your sales team.

Pay attention to the deployment deadlines and plan to minimize its influence on your business

What do you like best about the product?
With the help of bpm’online we have all key business tools integrated into one system. We don’t waste time switching between the apps and stay focused on what’s important.
What do you dislike about the product?
Deployment deadlines. It took us almost 4 months to set up the system to our requirements and about a month to go through necessary personnel trainings and start working in it. However, we absolutely understand why we are doing that. Moreover, the vendor always tries to listen to your needs and will propose you a phased deployment plan depending on your priorities
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been using the system almost for a year and I can say that that is a very comprehensive business tool. Before we used several different applications to track information about our clients, the status of deals and their progress and separate apps to track tasks for the team and collaborate. It was really a challenge to switch between them. With bpm’online we have everything in one place and can be focused on real results instead of remembering which app to open to track the information we need.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the way the bpm'online goes through in my business process. It's so easy to build a customize process and that helps me a lot.

Our team are so excited about how Marketing, Sales and Services with bpm'online can, definitely, could work together and speak the same language to improve customer satisfaction and revenues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Services product is awesome, but if you are using all ITIL process. If you are not, its kind of too much functionality and data do insert.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of my client communications, like nurturing program, inbound and outband marketing campaign.. And also solve me a big problem between marketing and sales. With bpm'online, now both departments are integrated and speaking the same language.

What do you like best about the product?
From a marketing perspective, the ability to automate trigger emails, create campaigns based on the status of an incoming lead was important to us - BPM Online does exactly that.
The complete process from incoming lead, through to close of sale.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customising the default processes can be difficult
Not being able to apply a change to a bulk selection - i.e have to make changes to each individual item
Having to search by first name rather than last name
Having to go to 'Contact' if I want to look up a name - I can't search from the 'Search Panel' if I am under Opportunities section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to nurture our leads until they become a hot prospect. This has significantly reduced the amount of phone calls our sales consultants have to make.
The ability to qualify each lead at a different stage based on its source is very useful, It allows the Sales consultants to then prioritise which leads they must call first.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I love this product - but as a company we made the mistake of rushing in without clearly defining what we expected BPM to achieve.

Key things I would suggest that you write out / or get clear on before using up all your support hours are:
- Define the sales process: do you need automated tasks when new leads come in, when should those tasks be due, what happens once the lead is contacted - do you have a qualification method
- Ensure the list of contacts and opportunities that you are importing is up to date: check for duplicate contacts before importing into BPM
- Assign on staff member to handle the implementation, but ensure they have enough time to handle this. We made the mistake of implementing BPM at a very busy period and a lot of mistakes were made on our side.
- Align names of each lead / opportunity stage to your current process - this will make it easier for staff to transition when they understand the key terminology
- Close off your existing CRM system - the best thing we did! This makes staff have to get used to the new system.
