What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Creatio is the ability to configure workflows according to the business requirements with the help of low-code and no-code tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
We like the platform and are going to scale, roll it out company-wide.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creatio is a centralized platform for our customer-centric operations. The combination of out-of-the-box solutions and custom-built workflows provided us with end-to-end sales process automation. The system gives us a unified customer view, allows for tracking all the interactions, managing documentation, and assigning customers to a responsible manager.

Creatio offers a great set of tools for building custom workflows and integrating all corporate solutions into a single IT environment

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Creatio for end-to-end sales process automation. A single customer view with a track record of all the touchpoints helps us know our customers better. Sales forecasting functionality enables planning of our sales volumes, and dashboards and analytics allow monitoring the team progress in real-time.
No-code platform for high-quality customer service
What do you like best about the product?
The system provides you with the tools to create workflows that mirror your business processes. You can configure out-of-the-box solutions and adjust workflows as company requirements change. The Creatio Academy contains articles that educate you on the product, explaining all the steps to navigate the system quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
What comes to mind for improvement would be more flexible setup of dynamic dashboards that would allow us to change time intervals we need data for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Creatio for internal and external customer service. The platform allowed building custom workflows to automatically assign agents to a case based on the service type. Creatio is integrated with our ticketing system to manage ticket purchases and returns. Thanks to the integration with hot spots, we have an additional opportunity to collect customer info. Beesender Chatbot helps to interact with our customers and transfer their requests. Dashboards and analytics allow to be hands-on with service efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
The most significant advantage of Creatio is no-code tools. Thanks to them, end-users don't need to rely on IT to customize the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would suggest adding some marketing features to enhance the system, like creating landing pages within Creatio and sending out bulk SMS.

With Creatio, we started our digital transformation project. Out-of-the-box capabilities and custom-built solutions allow us to adjust the system to changing business needs. Creatio helped us accelerate sales and service processes and boost the efficiency of marketing operations. The no-code nature of the system and extensive integration options enabled the integration of all our applications into a single IT environment.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Creatio’s analytics and reporting capabilities. I have real-time access to all the required data to make informed business decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data visualization could be better, but the vendor is already working on improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creatio is being used to automate our trade marketing activities. The platform serves as a single source of truth, keeping all the data about our key accounts and interactions with them. Tailor-made dashboards help us monitor the efficiency of our activities and, based on results, make changes to our promo plan. Shortly, we plan to start using Creatio to manage approvals.

What do you like best about the product?
I do like the platform’s flexibility and robustness. It provides practically unlimited customization options. Also, the customer service the vendor offers is top-notch. We have a dedicated Customer Success Manager who is very involved in the system development process and does his best for us to achieve the desired results.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally there are some performance issues. But overall, my experience with Creatio is very positive.

Before Creatio, we didn’t have an efficient tool to streamline processes and reach the desired level of transparency. The platform helped us automate a range of customer-facing operations and create a unified digital workspace. We gained visibility of our processes with real-time analytics and improved employee efficiency by unifying all technologies into a single ecosystem.

Intuitiveness, user interface, no-code development.

Nothing much but i would like to have MSO365 integration.

Simply Awesome CRM Solution and easy to use!!!
What do you like best about the product?
Being Business Process Driven it has assisted us with planning our cycles precisely to the CRM framework rather than the reverse way around. The help is entirely educated and supportive too.
What do you dislike about the product?
That we needed to hang tight for the gamification. Getting recognized with their new Academy now. Ideally, this would assist with settling the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The framework assisted us with bettering construction and robotizing complex work processes. It is synchronized crafted by our promoting, deals, and administrations offices, establishing a solitary business climate.
Ultimate Customization
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to create custom dashboards, graphs, and panels. Correct data visualization is one of the most important things to have in hand to make the right decisions. Also, workflows can be built quickly with no code.

The mobile app requires some improvements. Sometimes it is slower than the desktop version.
