The best CRM with low code/no code technology

What do you like best about the product?
Creatio has been an amazing CRM and BPM automation tool for a long time. Its capability of the business process & workflow management makes a very good impact on the enterprise entities who are looking for a CRM solution. The best part of Creatio is that you don't need to be a skilled developer to make a change in the workflow while it's in the live stage. The value brings to the business users with its low-code automation capabilities is high.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creatio is a growing platform, So it has few areas for improvements such as the business processes needs to have a real-time impact on the screen. In the current versions, the user has to refresh the screen to see the changes after the business process ran. Also, the authentication mechanism for integrations doesn't support client credentials or any modern grant types.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an organization, we have the need to automate the sales, marketing as well as internal process with a CRM. That's where Creatio helps us being one of the solutions.

It's helping in terms of
- Automating internal business flow with its low-code bpm designers
- Changes on the go using its section wizards
- Email automation
- Forecasting feature for the sales pipelines
- Opportunity, Leads & Account Management.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
In the CRM market there are so many options, but along with the CRM features Creatio brings more value with low-code/no-code capability which makes it one of the best to go with. So, I recommend this over the other options.

What do you like best about the product?
Online training through live and video tutorials that allow you to understand the capabilities of this formidable software, Creatio enables the creation of campaign management plans to generate a more significant influx of potential customers. Collecting information of interest of potential customers allows a better approach to their interests. Activity dashboard with sales forecast reminders
What do you dislike about the product?
Creatio is a solid product and provided many tools; this makes the most novice user overwhelmed by many functions to work with, getting lost in the navigation of the interface. It lacks an email template creation feature
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creatio, like any CRM, provides the necessary tools for every company to carry out its tangible trading operations. But Creatio is not like any other; this software provided my team with a more streamlined workflow activity than other programs we experimented with. Its link to the cloud allows for the rapid accumulation of customer data. Information provided by a powerful AI that collected data from potential customers that may be interested in our products

The applications that Creatio offers are highly customizable and easy to use, they help companies of any size and in any industry to manage customer-facing processes and deliver an amazing customer experience. What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about the platform is the ability to change existing processes quickly and easily. It helps to keep up with the changing business needs. Also, the intuitiveness of the platform makes user experience very smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to enhance the search for duplicates to have a possibility of searching for similar names, including those with possible typing errors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform allowed us to create a custom-made solution to speed up recruiting processes and optimize applicants' data management. Combining the system’s out-of-the-box sales management capabilities, custom CRM and process automation solutions fully met our business requirements. The system provides in-depth analytics and allows us spot issues if any and meet our goals.

A new world in managing marketing activities

What do you like best about the product?
Creatio has changed my routine as a brand manager. Its Studio product is a nice, easy-to-use, and versatile platform for managing business processes and having all the information in one place, without unnecessary clicks or operations. I’ve been using Marketing Creatio for some time now, and one thing that I can say is that I am a huge fan. It works great in the current marketing environment, where none of us has the time to spend time on tech details but want to use advanced technologies. I want my work tools to be sophisticated without a steep learning curve, and this is exactly the experience Creatio’s products provide.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any major complaints at the moment. I had a chance to join the webinar when Creatio introduced the latest release. They presented their new interface and composable approach which I loved and look forward to trying out. The update looks great, and I wish they switched to this design before.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1) No need to struggle with complicated technical processes. I’ve never thought myself as a person that could develop applications, but here I am, using no-code tools every day at my job.

2) In-depth analytics. Even though the platform has many great features, I am most satisfied with the comprehensive analytics and ML tools that it provides. Without any IT background, I was able to customize the audience segmentation and get a better understanding of our customers’ behavior.

3) A top-notch user interface. Creatio is an enjoyable tool to work with. You do not need a 10-page-long instruction to combine ready-made templates to launch a trigger campaign. The platform is very intuitive.

Fast business process automation with simple no-code tools

What do you like best about the product?
Both IT and “business” developers in our company note Studio Creatio’s ease of use and advanced customization capabilities as critical to quick product adoption. The platform allows developers to create their own modules as well as modify the existing functionality. Creatio’s OOTB templates and wizards help us customize the application interface and business logic. Thanks to this, not only developers but employees from other departments in our company can build custom apps in just a few hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment we are happy with everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business app development became easier. We’ve expanded customization capabilities with the flexible architecture of the platform. The package architecture enables us to select entire functional blocks and organize them as separate modules installed on a different Creatio app. This helps us to easily transfer changes between development, testing, and production environments.

Good fit for automating sales, marketing and operations' collaboration

What do you like best about the product?
We've been using Studio, Marketing, and Sales products for 2 years now. It serves all of our needs, with decent usability, good process designer and numerous ootb apps, addons and templates. I do not remember when was the last time I had to ask our IT to help me with custom requests, such as dashbaords customizatiom, AI lead scoring, integrations etc. Studio is also used by our opeations so its rather a foundation for our teams (Sales and Marketing ) for better datasharing across the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don't like the email template designer. This needs to be enhanced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization-wise the project goal was to reduce the workload of our IT department because it took them too much time to process external requests. As they call it Citizen development approach became a perfect solution to those challenges as all teams can now automate processes faster with less communications.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You will get all the necessary support and updates all along your journey with Creatio. Make sure you train the ML mode at least 5 time before customizing the lead management process.

What do you like best about the product?
I am happy to see how much time and money we were able to save with Creatio products. They provided us with a unique opportunity to automate processes that required too much manual labor before. Creatio did not take long to integrate its products into our ecosystem, and we have benefited from the platform ever since. I often hear from other executives that it is impossible to find enough skilled IT staff to cover all business needs. I can tell that we took this problem out of the equation thanks to no-code tools that the platform provides. With the help of Creatio, we are able to foster citizen developers and keep up with the changing market needs
What do you dislike about the product?
Creatio has a great Marketplace that offers applications and templates to extend its capabilities, but there are so many of them, it’s confusing.. I wish Creatio had some type of smart suggestion that would offer me apps to integrate depending on my activity on the platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creatio provides a complex solution for many problems, but here are some of the most prominent ones:

1) The lack of skilled developers. In the digital world, nearly all business processes involve a certain degree of IT interference. We prefer to give all complicated tasks to the most technically skilled professionals and allow citizen developers to cover the rest. It helps with workload distribution and allows us all to work faster

2) The lack of agility. Before integrating the Creatio platform, our company was not very flexible. Adapting to changes was stressful and time-consuming. Now, it takes hours from an idea generation, to building, to testing and finally, to its implementation into our daily routine

3) The lack of effective collaboration between the teams. With Creatio, all employees can easily collaborate and track the entire customer journey as leads transition between departments, as well as share knowledge and information. The database is continuously updated, and all workers have access to the changes that other users make

Versatile and easy-to-use platform

What do you like best about the product?
After years of using both Marketing and Studio Creatio, the flexibility and scalability of the platform to this day stand out the most. The low-code platform itself works well for all our developers, as it is easy for them to understand, work with and code on. Because of the platform, our app development is consistent, quick and secure, allowing us to respond more efficiently to app changes or new customer needs. As for the Marketing product, the unification of our customer and prospect database was key. We wanted to have a full customer history, of every customer, in one location. We wanted to know which leads were coming from what landing page, which email campaigns were successful and to better organize and stay on top of events. We currently have 100+ developer events a month.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recently, Creatio updated its pricing model. The previous model worked better for us. At times, although we do have a wonderful Customer Success Manager, the response time for our inquiries can be delayed. Additionally, although Creatio currently has great offers in the Marketplace, the offers could definitely be improved upon, especially in terms of variety. Creatio has several hundred partners, it would be nice to see more read-to-go apps and connectors developed and offered to customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We definitely appreciate the tool for its ability to manage all the infrastructure and application lifecycle – almost like a one-stop-shop for all your development needs. But also the:

1) Flexibility: the ability to design and configure the platform to our needs – and the ease of doing it!
2) Analytics and Reporting: Creatio provides us with powerful insights and data needed to compile reports based on lead performance and email, landing page and campaign health performance. As a result of better campaign tracking and monitoring, we are better able to adapt our marketing strategy and reap rewards.
3) Improved Inter-Departmental Communication: the immense improvement in Sales and Marketing synergy.
4) Creatio’s Marketplace: some great ready-to-use applications, connectors or add-ons which further reduce time-to-market.

What do you like best about the product?
Studio Creatio simplifies and streamlines our software development lifecycle. It makes debugging, testing, and deployment process so much easier. This tool provides access to the information about the apps created and their development. I can even revert to previous versions, which I love.
What do you dislike about the product?
Сan’t think of anything bad at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a rising demand for digital transformation, as an enterprise company we faced the challenge of not having enough skilled developers. Studio Creatio helped us solve this problem and now we have people from different business units that can now easily jump into the project and, for example, build and automate the needed process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A really good solution that has all the needed functionality, but if it doesn't have something that you are in need, their team is ready to help you with that.
