Transforming Work Management with Monday.com
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using monday work management for several months now, and it’s been a game changer for our team. The platform is incredibly user-friendly and has helped us streamline our workflows in ways we never thought possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing to pointout.I loved this management system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before monday.com, our workflows were chaotic. Now, everything is neatly organized in one place, and it's easy to see what everyone is working on.

Streamlining workflows with Monday.com
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com provides visual dashboards that provide a clear overview of tasks, deadlines, and progress, ensuring everyone stays aligned. I can easily check on progress on a project without having to wait for an update from the Project Manager. I can quickly view our accounts payable, pull up invoices and problem solve with our customers, again without having to wait for input from acccounting. Monday.com tools make project management and working between sales and operations a more efficient and smoother process. I use Monday.com every day
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any real dislikes about Monday.com. Perhaps the only downside is there is a bit of a learning curve to set up project workflows. It is not 100% intuitive but to be fair the learning curve on other platforms is equal or a higher bar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a global company working across many time frames, Monday.com helps us communicate about projects, workflows and our accounts receivable system. It allows me to quickly see project updates, status and timeframes. I can easily communicate with our operations team about incoming projects - giving them visibily to the sales pipeline.
Good management tool for limited volume information
What do you like best about the product?
It allows to keep track of projects, with multiple ways of viewing infomation, and, at a higher plan, allows to link data from different places, wich is very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many things I would like to do on Monday require using paid addons, charged on dollar, wich mat get out of hand for companies on other countries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Monday we used another tool to manage projects, wich didn't have a lot of its features. When we implemented Monady, there was a huge improvement on the amount of data avaliable to manage the work.
Use it correctly and you will be better at what you do. Vital part of growing as a business.
What do you like best about the product?
It's a great way to ensure you don't drop the ball when growth starts happening. The best way to avoid not disappointing yourself by missing deadlines or forgetting vital details is to use work management like Monday.
What do you dislike about the product?
It needs some more vlookup style options and smoe more advanced features to more database like things for complex workflow. It can feel a little pay to win when you have topay for some 3rd party add-on to do something that should be pretty simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the complex issues of keeping maintenance records for our drones and being a cetralised place for project management. I am also using it for CRM now.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a great place to hold ideas, lists and future work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it if the automations were easier for less techy people to figure out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are an all remote team and Monday is a great place for us all to go to keep on track. The notifications are great so we can see where another team member has finished and needs our input. It keeps our dev and marketing on track!
Data doesn't consistently save on spreadsheets and templates don't consistently update.
What do you like best about the product?
It's not that great and doesn't deserve a 4.7 review score IMO. The spreadsheets can't be manipulated much - meaning, you can't move columns to match data priorities which means you have to scroll over many many columns to view a detail you want to view. Time really adds up when you have a large list to audit.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not user friendly. Data doesn't save consistently and templates don't always work the way they should. Don't purchase this!

It's not.
Great process and project management!
What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to use - you can create really complicated boards and automations and make things really straight forward, simple, and easy to use... even for people who are not particularly tech savy.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit more freedom with automations, board filtering, and integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Company consists of mostly remote and onsite workers. Given not everyone is at the office together, Monday is the perfect online office replacement. A central hub with a single truth.
Awesome project management tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday has helped me build a clear, organized and thorough project plan that I am able to duplicate as a template moving forward. Very time-saving and efficient!
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes - one thing I would like to understand better is the timeline column. Sometimes action items appear differently on the gantt chart
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems that Monday solves for me are the ability to clearly see status of action items that are in motion for a project and the ease of collaboration in terms of who's working on what piece of the project.

What do you like best about the product?
I use it daily with work. Keeps my work and projects on track. I use it across the team and also for my personal to-do's so I don't loose sight of priorities. I love the intergrations available as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downsides would be that you need to pay extra for some of the integrations I would like (Canvas etc..) even though we have a professional account. I don't like that changing a column in a board changes all the groups columns. It would be good if you could change a column within a group on a board without changing all the columns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well I no longer have to use excel. Thats a huge one. And streamlined communication - eliminating email threads.
