Monday is a really useful tool for project management and also to automate tasks and notifications!

What do you like best about the product?
The automation you can create from a board to another and the notification you can provide to anytime at the perfect right moment! It is also pretty use to follow when a task is done, partially done or not done at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe what could be improved at Monday is how you can follow your project in gantt even if the solution is already existing it is pretty hard to set up. Rest is ok.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am following all the resellers that are onboarded at Partoo. The sales fill a form, and it creates a line in my board with all the information I need. Once I allocated my customer success on this speficif reseller, it create a templated board with the Name of the reseller and my customer success have all the tasks that he needs to do to perfectly onboard the resseler !
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a really useful tool for your company if you lead a lot of project and if you want to scale.

What do you like best about the product?
The board templates are simple and fast to set up, and it integrates with so many of the other platforms we use as a company. It also allows you to add a more visual element (in comparison to your standard spreadsheet) which works well for the visual communicators in our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the automation are complex, but I'm sure if I explored them in more detail I would be able to utilise them more!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Setting up alerts when content needs reviewing has been a game-changer for us! It has also allowed me to make content & marketing calendars more interactive and collaborative.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Invest! It can be used in so many more ways than you'd imagine.

What do you like best about the product?
It is extremely easy to use and well organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about monday.com!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday solves the communication problem between my co-workers and me. It is easy to see what has been completed on a project and what still needs work. It is also quite simple to find my assigned tasks and work on them. With monday, I don't need to send as many emails, I can just tag a coworker in an update.

What do you like best about the product?
One thing my team really appreciates is how Monday.com allows us to breakdown bigger projects into smaller assignments, and subtasks. It’s nice to see each step laid out on a timeline—knowing what’s due and when helps us avoid last-minute stress. The calendar view for my workload is also super practical because it shows all my tasks for the week. This way, I know when things are piling up and can plan accordingly, or work with my team when I'm overloaded so we can meet deadline and manage client's expectations.

The automations are another solid feature. We’ve set up automations for recurring tasks, like weekly social posts, so they’re ready to go without us needing to create them everytime. It’s a small thing, but it saves time and keeps everything moving along.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com does have a few quirks. Sometimes tasks don’t show up in my workload unless I “favorite” the workspaces they were created in – which isn't very intuitive.

Also, it can be tough to keep up with all the new feature rollouts and figure out what will actually help us. It’s a little tricky to know if we’re getting the best out of the platform with all the updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With monday.com, I'm able to break down larger assignments into smaller subtasks means I can start working on things well ahead of their final deadlines. It lets me chip away at tasks over time, making it all feel much more manageable. As I've learned, it's easy to miss something until it pops up on the due date, which results in me scrambling to finish. With subtasks, projects stay on my radar from start to finish, helping me manage my time better and avoid a last-minute crunch.

Another feature that’s been valuable for my team is time tracking. It’s been a big help for us to forecast how long tasks take on average, which lets us budget our time better and keeps us on track with client hours. Plus, it’s useful when we’re communicating with clients about timelines or proposals—having a realistic sense of how long things take lets us set more accurate expectations and avoid overcommitting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Learn how to use automations and how to assign tasks to others using "deadline mode" so that they will show up in a person's work. Those are the two trickiest things with Monday so it's important to ensure you have a firm understanding of how to do those things.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the many automation Monday.com provides. It is an easy, clear way to communicate projects. The look of it is great, I like being able to customize the colors and pulse.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that I could make the downloaded spreadsheets look nicer, or at least be able to customize them. I find myself having to do a lot of manual adjustments once I download.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Updates on projects were always static, now they can be seen in real time. There is also the benefit of my whole team being able to see where we are in a project.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend it, there are so many uses. I think it is helpful to set your team up with sample Boards and uses. Starting from scratch can be hard.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is a solid replacement for the kind of dynamism of office interactions, and a great supplement to any tasking project. That it rarely crashes is special.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of thread creation, and communication between boards could be more straightforward - i.e., tagging a board and not a person or synchronization between two fields in different boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to work within a team where no one is face to face, everyone has unique schedules and knowledge bases.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're heavy in Excel and you don't already have a Slack channel, it's perfect.

What do you like best about the product?
It has a lot of tools and ways of displaying information and an interface that lets the content of my company take the spotlight. I've used other platforms before, but I always end up confused by their layout.
What do you dislike about the product?
I understand why Monday has a paid version, but it should apply only to companies. Solo professionals should be encouraged to use the platform without having to spend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am much more organized, and by consequence, the jobs get done quicker. Also, my company's clients can benefit from the tool by sharing boards with us and keeping track of their projects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It would be best to use the different tracking tools, monitors and charts, as they are extremely helpful. I still forget to use them from time to time, but when I do, my work gets much more organized.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is that I can organize my tasks in a very clear and structured way and thus have a better overview of what I have to do and when. In addition, I use it as a means of communication between colleagues at work.

Was ich weniger mag ist das der private Bereich weiter kostenpflichtig ist und nachgekauft werden muss. Zudem kann man nicht mehrere Termine als Datum einfügen und somit ein mehrtägiges event nicht klar darstellen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ich kann eine menge Probleme mit MONDAY aufheben die ich im laufe der Zeit erkannt habe. Viele Dinge, die vorher untergegangen sind oder verloren gingen sind jetzt klar und schienen übersichtlich auf. Der Workflow wurde verbessert

What do you like best about the product?
I love the user-friendly website, the variety of tracking boards, and the ability to make it unique to your business! The ability to have a dark screen is fantastic, as well as having early access to unique modifications!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be confusing the first time you use it, and the unique project tracking board requires more exploration time into the site. I also would appreciate if the individual project boards updated the high level project status board without having to do it manually
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Monday to keep track of who is on what project, what their workload looks like, and where in the process the project is at. Our favorite feature is the customization of "status" and we can make a status say "stuck" to let the rest of the team know we need immediate help before we can keep going.

What do you like best about the product?
The upside of using Monday.com are all of the automations you can set up! This ranges from internal tasks to external items that you need uploaded to Monday.com to keep track of. They make tracking items & processes easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of Monday.com is that it's hard to get a grasp of at first. There's A LOT going on. This can make it intimidating for new users. Maybe having some kind of pointers (ykno, like Clippy but less annoying!) within the app would help? Not really sure of a way to solve this, honestly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving so many problems by using Monday.com! I'm able to track custom orders for my small business and set all kinds of automations there. As for my day job, I'm able to see everything very clearly that I need to complete, and when I need to have it completed by. Monday.com has been a lifesaver for large-scale, recurring projects!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have to track anything at all, this is the app for you. It's highly customizable to fit your needs! It's everything you need in one platform.
