Great improvement in organization and productivity
What do you like best about the product?
Using monday.com is easy and helpful for any busy office. Being able to list tasks and important deadlines is priceless. I love being able to assign things to multiple people, that way someone is always giving each task the attention it needs. It's an imperative tool to keep things from falling through the cracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there is anything I have found that I dislike. Everything has worked properly that I have used so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The office runs smoother. We are more on task, and we move through the tasks better. We can ensure that all clients are attended to each day and update each task until they are finished.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the labelling feature, and the ease of being able to integrate with other platforms as well as automate to exchange updates and items with other boards.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of much, although perhaps it would be good to have a calender view of what's happening this week! Sorry if this is already a thing

Communication between teammates is a lot easier. It's a great way to stay up to date with others tasks
Monday.com is the business tool I use everyday
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is intuitive, so colleagues that are not techy are quickly able to use it and find value. For those of us who want more advanced tools like automation Monday.com provides exceptional opportunities to create customized boards that suit exactly what you need. As a project management professional for 25 years this is the first tool that combines an ability to manage time, resources, costs, scope, changes all in one place, exactly the way I want to do it. More importantly, it has engaged my entire organization and become the go-to tool for non-project management types as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The more complex tools take more time than I would like to figure out. For example, creating a high-level board summarizing multiple other boards (formated the same way) took me most of a day to figure out. The how-to's were not clear and step by step enough to just follow and complete the 1st time. I had to make a number of mistakes before I figured it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Monday.com to keep track of ideas, manage big projects, and hold people accountable for what has been agreed to. Most departments in our organization at least use it for task management. The more complex use it more fully.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful tool that i have found in monday is the stickers, which a are easy to create and easy to understand where your project is at and how long you've been working on it.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, in the industry i work for, all features are usefull, there is not one feature that makes its hard or confusing to understand. the tools offered in the platform are honestly very easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The issue of following a project from when its received from clients to invoicing and paument from all of our clientes, we can clearly see each project who is asigned to. the comments feature is also helping us to keep track to what each eam member is working on currently.

I like the versatility of Monday. Each department can create its own "workflow."
What do you dislike about the product?
Not too much. Depending on how you build out Monday, you can get TOO detailed and TOO many tasks in a project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflow issues that we had before. Using it as a project platform that keeps track of things has been great.
A GameChanger!
What do you like best about the product?
My team has quadrupled in size over the last year and monday.com has allowed our growth to become more seamless. It truly has changed the way my company operates in the best way possible.

The only thing I would wish for is to be able to make groups on the same board different. Monday.com is super customizable, but that would help us tremendously if that were implemented.

We use monday.com to manage our interior design projects. This platform allows the whole team to have access to everything, keep communication accounted for, and most importantly it keeps it all in one place.

It's so easy to collaborate with colleagues, before using Monday processes were very manual and slow and this has improved productivity massively.

Sometimes there are not automations available for what we'd like to do however this is not something I come across often. I'd love for it to integrate a bit better with outlook also, possibly to be able to integrate with the calendar function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time saving, accountability, productivity, transparency, there are so many things it has helped us do. It's also allowed us to work more remotely than before and become more efficient than ever.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things that I dislike about Monday. Sometimes it was a little bit glitchy on my laptop, and it made it a little challenging to use aesthetically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solved the problem of keeping track of projects, staying on top of tasks, holding each other accountable, making sure that every role an employee needed to play was extremely clear.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend learning as much as you can about Monday while using it. There are so many functionalities and so many cool things that you can do with this platform and I honestly feel like when I used Monday, I wasn't even close to using it to its full potential.

What do you like best about the product?
This is by far the best managing and oganizing software I've ever used. The UI is pretty minimalist and the way I can have an instant visual overview of all my work is astonishing. Not only that, I'm able to CUSTOMIZE my cards, sort in a million ways and manage tasks and status in a snap.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing could be somethat affordable but I get it, you can't have such an excellent platform for less. The member limit is somewhat a hurdle, but just because I would like ALL of my organization to use it.

- Accountability: who's responsible for specific tasks and the level of completion of each of them.
- Snapshot view: I can easily track where progress has stalled and where the tweaks need to be done.
- New user integration: I can add new membes and they have a quick picture of the work that needs to be done.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it EVERYDAY. At first it can be daunting but when you get used to the interface it becomes a valuable tool in your arsenal.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday offers several integrations and automatic rules to make project management a breeze. We use Monday to track over 40 different clients, each one having around 10 internal tasks, and we have never missed a deadline. We can track colleagues, clients and outside collaborators to gather their input when necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of a free basic plan makes it harder to evangelize potential clients. If they could use a free version of Monday I might be able to convince more clients to try it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to rely on local spreadsheets, which got outdated pretty quick. Project management with Monday is much more easier, and out documents and check-lists are always up to date.
