What do you like best about the product?
I love how user-friendly the building of boards is - it really can be for anyone, not just the "excel" or "data" people. I also love all the really easy automations to make the boards work harder for us. It is also a more visual tool with all the regular bells and whistles of most project management tools, but with a lot more control over how it all visualizes. Also, it works for pretty much any team at our company. Literally, everyone uses it for different functions and I love how it is so flexible. The form function makes it easy to collect information from internal clients. I also love the guest feature - I am working with our outside agencies and able to fold the communication into one place! Heaven!
What do you dislike about the product?
The date and time features are a bit wonky on the platform. the flexibility of building each board as desired also leads to due dates or other dates being a bit hard to put in order. Our team struggles to get a good list together of what is due in what order. I think that was our doing when we created the boards in the first place, but it would be nice to be able to set the "due date" column for each board for each person.... complicated maybe!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has helped our communication problems. We had chains of emails floating around, files only "saved" in outlook, and a bad archiving process in general and Monday.com helped alleviate the majority of that problem. It is really convenient having all the information in one spot in chronological order. We can reference this information time and time again.

What do you like best about the product?
We have offices in different cities, so the thing I like best is we don't have to use email for everything it is like our business social media if we are super busy we can very easily go on the app and communicate with one another.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I can't have other apps on the platform. I would love to run slack in the platform on like another tab but it only allows me to plug it in on a board. There is not much else I can think of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlined communication. Before we used Monday we were always miss communicating with one another and people were always thinking other things. Now no one has the excuse to not know what is going on.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the automations and how you can add a to-do list and different statuses. It helps our team keep track of tasks. The board views have also been a game changer for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find not having an undo button when you accidentally delete data in columns/rows inefficient. I hope you could address this instead of having to go through the activity log. If it's a hundred rows of data it would totally take up so much time!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Monday to document meetings and pretty much everything. You know, when tasks are assigned as a product of the meeting or some agenda need to be revisited, we have a template for those so we can easily go over them in the next meeting. We keep almost everything in Monday.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You shouldn't delay it any longer just go for it. It will be a game changer for your organization

What do you like best about the product?
I like the features and capabilities on Monday.com. It's easy to communicate with my team members and make sure we complete all deliverables. I think this is my robust than competitor software.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve when you first use Monday.com. Everything works okay on here. I think there could be training videos to help improve the learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is for organization and management. We track deliverables, dates completed, and can communicate and tag team members. We have noticed increased organizational.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend it to any business! It serves many purposes - community management, budget tracking, tracking deliverables, tracking tasks, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of usage and onboarding, the versatility of activities it can help manage and the various integrations available.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is more difficult to manage boards for teams using different time zones/calendars as the configuration is still not customizable enough, and the in depth of usage reports it offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A unified platform for sharing projects across different teams. That lead to a quicker SLA and allowed better flow of information.
Customizing boards for a specific use instead of purchasing another tool for that purpose.

Perfect product for managing remote teams

What do you like best about the product?
I found the ability to collaborate on tasks while remote working the most important, and best feature of Monday. With the sudden adjustment of remote working in 2020 I needed something that would ensure I could manage my team and understand their work and Monday was the solution to that.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can find building dashboards a little limiting, but that might just be because I don't understand the best practices. It might be helpful to have a level on onboarding when you sign up for Monday. We investigated the software and then signed up for a package rather than be 'sold' it, so having a direct contact would be helpful in setting the software up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem was managing my team and understanding their work schedules without micromanaging. I hate having to be on top of staff, and want them to have ownership so having task lists available really helps to have that overview.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you can get direct support take it! I think that will help you build out boards and dashboard with more ease.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the layout and the simplicity. It's effortless to create tasks and allocate them to other team members and myself. Personalization is also a critical factor in managing multiple teams with different scopes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more graphic options to measure the resources there I am allocating in some tasks and also a grade of effort besides priority, such as a count of hours in which we expect to do the job.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I basically can manage my whole team from anywhere, which is an excellent benefit in a world pandemic and a working from home environment. I could also eliminate the daily meetings and adopt a healthier way to manage.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is the best software to manage tasks and teams. The usability is fundamental to gain speed at sprint meetings; the layout is also very friendly to train new collaborators.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Monday.com allows for customization of boards and workflows to manage pretty much any of my organization's processes or procedures. It's most customizable database I've used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to manually update the automations for each board, particularly when I've already created it for one board, has been a challenge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing personnel onboarding, PTO, and scheduled reminders. The ability to automate team-wide communications allows me to spend less time on menial tasks and preserve brain power for more important tasks.
