Usefull way to keep track of the work and share information

What do you like best about the product?
The touch and feel, is real friendly, easy to understand and use. All our team comunicates better by monday, we keep track of any advance and know we link and upload documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
All the upload seems manual; we don't know how to update the data massively; we do it pulse by pulse. We are know figuring out how to upload in a better way the information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The accessibility to the critical information is key to keeping our processes going smoothly. Yo can se what oders are doing and how to help them o tell them to keep going.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a great app; you can connect Monday with other applications, like mail, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Its versatility! We can use it for internal projects such as staffing, budgets and recruitment. But we can also use it to follow up projects with our clients, use notifications and use it for task management.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I don't like is that on the same board, we have to keep the same columns for each group. It would be better to be able to change the columns instead of creating different boards when it's the same topic, I think, different columns are needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Following staffing, recruitment, and general management of the company more efficiently on one single and easy-to-use tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a tool that is highly versatile and very user-friendly!

What do you like best about the product?
The automations make it extremely easy to transfer tasks between departments. I also like how you can completely customize your board with tags, colors, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our company heavily relies on Monday.com, and the site crashes and experiences issues more than I thought it would which completely disrupts our workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to have tasks (files, links, who worked on the assignment, etc.) all in one place where the entire company can access it makes things much easier long-term.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is so helpful to ensure myself and my team keep up to date on all our external and internal projects. The automation side of it is so beneficial for us as it eliminates some of the manual work so we can focus on the important things for our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about monday.com is that it does lag sometimes, and I do find myself having to check with the rest of our team as my monday.com server is down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com removes some of the manual tasks within our company which is great. One of the main benefits is that it ensures our whole team is always up to date with the statuses of different projects.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ability to manage tasks within a small team. We use Monday to manage our social media posts and find it very useful to upload our posts and then allow other members of our team to comment on them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that I do not get notified when someone adds something to Monday unless they tag me. I also wish Monday was a true social media scheduler similar to Later in order to schedule posts directly to our company's social media platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday has allowed us to manage tasks where there are multiple sub-tasks assigned to multiple different people. It makes it easier to see what each person has already completed and what still needs to be done.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend using Monday.com for all of your task management needs.

What do you like best about the product?
That you have unlimited options. The boards work amazingly, the categories worked exactly for what I needed them. It's easy to set up and it's easy to organize all your tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't like that sometimes it sends an email to everyone in the company and some people do not have anything to do with the notification. I feel like there is a lot of spam with all the emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication. With Monday it's easy to tag and inform someone about something. No need to directly contact everyone, or to send an email. It's simple and easy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
To see the tutorials that you get at the beginning. or Youtube tutorials. It's easy to understand how it works than trying to find everything yourself. Tough it is easy to use.

Great for managing all the tasks

What do you like best about the product?
Monday gives you a good interface that provides you with a clear overview of all tasks of the week. We have been using it for almost 4 years and we can't go without it. Over time Monday has improved a lot with extra features such as time indication columns etc. It's good to see that they still want to improve their system.
What do you dislike about the product?
The comment section of a task can sometimes bug a bit. The interface stucks in loading for some reason. After a couple refreshes it eventually loads the comment section of a task, but I hope this will be fixed soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Monday, employee management has become a lot easier. In one clear interface, I can see who is busy with which task and what tasks still need to be done. Great for teams with up to 10 people. Bigger teams can maybe get a bit unorganized.

Try, and you will find out it really helps you with managing your employees

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is a platform that can really be anything that you want it to be. If you want notifications and to have all of your tasks and project represented by llamas then you can certainly do so. If you're looking for a simple way to stay on top of what everyone is doing as they work remotely then it works perfectly to keep transparency at the forefront. I've used lots of tools similar to Monday in my career and it stands head and shoulders above them all.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like the only downside of Monday is that it has so many features that I am certain that I am not getting the most out of it. I don't believe this is feature bloat so much as they are accomodating a wide array of use cases and you can mix and match what works for you rather than forcing you down a one size fits all path. They do have a good LMS but it is hard to dedicate time to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we moved remote, it was imperative that we be able to see as a team what everyone was working on and especially for newer and more junior members of the team to be able to have a way to assign them tasks and order the priority of each. It is also wonderful for keeping interagency work streamlined.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If nothing else do a free trial. It really does seem to have everything you could ever need and a strong future roadmap.

The BEST task management system!

What do you like best about the product?
As small boutique company we've tried more than 5 different platforms for task management and Monday.com is the best one so far. We've been using monday for a few years now I think and I don't see us switching to another platform. Extremely easy to manage sub-contractors and even client projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that can be quite intimidating (not a bad thing, necessarily) is the amount of intergrations and automations. It can be tricky to set up at first and less experienced users can have a hard time with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps us manage day-to-day tasks within the company, as well as client projects. We also use it as a content planner, project collabration, client pitching, etc. We even create complex matrix boards for market research that we do.

What do you like best about the product?
I love to personalize each board with a unique filter, box, and status.
It keeps me organized, and I love the reminders I get every time there's something issued.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a few months to get used to the platform entirely.
There are a lot of possibilities, and you have to spend some time on the platform to be comfortable with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It takes less time to make my follow-up and know-how our team project is going.
You can also assign the task to a coworker, and it will pop directly to their board.
